Bath & Body Works, Orange CA

This was one of the easiest transactions I have done. Ordered online and pickup in store. Easy in and out, except for parking.

I attempted to use the buy online pick-up in-store service twice and both times, more than half and/or all of my order were cancelled before I headed to the store.additionally, I was not able to exchange for other items similar in price point while keeping the sale price I ordered on the original items.this is frustrating as I wasted my time shopping online using the very slow responding mobile app and website, it defeats the purpose of online shopping and picking up in store due to the inconvenience, and the dissatisfaction of the inaccuracy of the online shopping experience when the items were shown to be available for pick-up in-store but it turned out the item wasn't available in-store at all as the inventory does not update as frequently to reflect that.on top of this, a bath & body works associate in-store allowed a customer behind me in line to cut ahead of me without asking me. I couldn't flag down an associate as easily to ask about my online pick-up order so I had to get in line to be helped.overall i've had a very frustrating exeperience with using the bath & body works mobile app and website, the shopping experience both online and in-store, and the customer service experience. I no longer have the desire to make purchases here again.

Very nice location inside a mall. The place was a bit crowded but they had a good sale! I’ll be back.

The people are very friendly and they are very helpful, and very nice. They have a very nice and huge selection of products. Their products are so very great and very nice.

This is a regular bath and body works store, NOT an outlet. It's a nice store, not as big as I was hoping. They have all the usual sales that a regular bbw has, but you won't find any "outlet" type deals at this location.

Wemt shopping with my daughter and my niece.we had a great time smelling the body mists and lotions and a great deal as well

It was clean and staff were super friendly. They were able to help me out as soon as I entered.

Interesting that I couldn't spray for the scent, I had to unscrew the shower gel to experience the fragrance. I guess not everything is back to normal.

They don't value their customers. The person serving me disrespectfully placed the money on the counter instead of in my hand. I gave them two stars only because there was no waiting other than that the experience was a zero.

Love the fact that there was a lot of people in there but it was still sparkling clean no more than 13 people at a time really nice customer service could find everything is easily as possible

Worst customer service. I waited over 50 minutes for online order. Everyone got it before me. Girl who was in charge kept telling me they were looking for it. It was just two shower gels. I ended up leaving and she told me I would get refunded automatically because I didn't pick it up. They couldn't even refund me on the spot. Never coming back.

I just went to pick up my online order items, but it took over 20 minutes. It depend who was picking up, other customers after me got first.

Stopped by this location for their semi annual sale. I like that they only let around 25 people in each time, so there's a line outside waiting to go inside. I am giving 1 star because this BBW location isn't doing what it takes to be safe during the COVID pandemic.

First of all, there's no way people are 6 feet apart when people are waiting in line.

Second of all, this BBW location doesn't reinforce masks. I noticed a woman standing behind me without a mask, and later on I asked the staff whether they reinforce masks they said no but they can provide masks if people ask for them. I don't understand why BBW won't reinforce masks it's mandatory in CA? It seems like BBW cares more about making money than wellbeing of the public.

Do not recommend going to this store unless you want to risk catching COVID and getting intubated in the ER with no loved ones around.

This time I just went to bath and body works cause I had my rewards about expired but my God right now they don't have almost anything the store looks completely empty!
