The staff was so friendly and it just makes you want to buy everything! The smells are amazing and the candles are huge. I haven't been to this place on almost 20 yrs and it's better than it used to be. I spent over a hundred and fifty and it was well worth it! I definitely will be back for more!

I love all the different smells from the candles to perfume and so much more! I just got a perfume yesterday and it smells really good!

I love the store and going in. I decided to do the order online and pick up in person for the first time, they never did my order, I waited 5 days and they just returned to me. No email to notify me. Sucks. Stick to in store.

Bath body work the employees are outside the store greeting you when you go in if you need any help I'll find what I need there now employees at work they're very nice and and courteous it wasn't a long line I got it and got out fast

The staff is nice and asking if I need help. I went for my birthday rewards offer and they don’t accept it. I was very sad and ordering online takes time to arrive. Maybe in the future they will accept the rewards program.

Went here with my daughter so she can get herself some candles and bodyspray and the ppl that work are so nice and polite.

I was looking for an aromatherapy lotion vs the aromatherapy oil and one of the girls told me I couldn’t try neither. She told me you can buy it and if you don’t like it return it. A little attitude can out of me and I walked back telling myself not to buy anything. Another Girl named Leslie came to me and asked why was it so important for me to try it before buying it. I explained I was my daughter birth coach and she was scheduled to give birth the next day. I didn’t know which one to buy. I need to feel the absorption of the lotion or if I should go with the oil. I explained I hate and will not returning thing. I rather give it away. She came up with a solution she sold me the full size body oil and a travel size lotion that was on sale for $4. That way I have both and won’t lose out. I was so happy. Thank you Leslie for knowing how to make a customer happy and still follow company guidelines.

With COVID, they have a very specific way to enter the store, and everything is well marked, as to which direction you go in and out of the register area. Their products are awesome as always! And it is nice that they have testers out again.

Love Fashion Fair's Bath & Body Works! They administer their own brand of hand sanitizer before you walk in. They have a very wide selection of handsanitizers and antibacterial soaps that complement their body mists fragrances. They even have fragrance free options for soap and hand sanitizer. Love their new summer scents, very mild and long lasting.

I bought four air freshners for the cars visor and they dont stay shut and the candles loose there smell about an inch down and my bathroom plug in i couldnt open it it broke.ugh

Very polite staff like always there was a tiny wait but nowadays when isn't there one. They had a sale going buy 2 candles get 2 free my wife loves them she's happy as can be which in turn makes me happy so very good bath and body works

As we are walking into bath and body works the employee greeting informed the other employees we were walking in with bags. We were stared down as we are walking in by the other employees. As I’m checking out 1 employee asked the other if there was a limit on the wallflowers refills because I got a lot of them (I got 13). Did not feel welcomed at all

The lady who suggested the products I purchased had amazing knowledge what the products were all about. Friendly outgoing. Just a wonderful experience. I enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you you are awesome.
