Bath & Body Works, Citrus Heights CA

Came in today, Kelly and Sinia helped my son and I, they make everything special and fun! Always helpful and pleasant and I feel like it is top notch customer service! This is my favorite place to go to treat myself and these fantastic employees make it a gigantic treat of happiness and joy!

Very poor customer service when I went shopping today. The lady working was down right rude to myself and my daughter. Maybe I’ll have better luck ordering online if I decide to spend my money on the company at all.

Last week Aug 19,2023 we went to Bath&Body Work store in Citrus Heights. Look like this store has changed all the staffs. The manager in this store is not really friendly, she seem like doesn't like Asian like us. And another Mexican staff is keep annoying me like keep passing by me and asking me to move for her to work. I'm a customer, why the staffs keep pushing me like that. You guys should train your employees to know how to treat the customers better, doesn't matter where customers are from. I will not come back to this store again. I'm not feeling treated as well

Great store. Lots of variety. Only shop there when there is good deals. Otherwise, it is to expensive.

There was a gentleman there that helped me find exactly what I needed in a candle that wasn't posted. He went in the back continued to look. I was surprised I've never gotten that much help. Add a bath and body work. He knew what he was talking about. I'm very surprised. You don't have women there that have no idea of what's going on but he did

Buyer Beware their Poor Online Service!
Because of a busy work schedule I ordered and paid for 2 particular, in stock candles at 9: 15am, (45 minutes before the store opened.) That night as I was reading my emails I found that the email they sent at 3: 30pm was Not to let me know my order was ready to pick up, it was Order Cancelled! They had sold my candles and cancelled my order because when they went to pull my order 6 hours later they were out of stock! On my next day off I went to the store and talked to the manager (2 actually, but 1 walked off while I was explaining my issue.)
The manager was nice, but Absolutely No Help! She suggested I call other stores (up to 30 minute drive away) to see if they have what I want. She offered to sell me candles at the sale price they were the day I placed and paid for my order. Then, find the candles at another store and exchange them. I ended up leaving the store, no help, no candles. I won't trust their online (lack of) service or pay in advance for orders they don't fulfill!

Previous review. This is my favorite Bath & Body Works store! The location and parking lot is very convenient for a neighborhood store. It's smaller than a mall store, but don't let that fool you! The store is beautifully displayed and well stocked! The staff is so helpful and friendly!

Got some great deals on my Christmas shopping, they usually have a great selection but it goes really fast. Sales ladies are great, very friendly and helpful without being overbearing

Small location, nice enough employees but you don't wanna work here. Discount is nice but they are really bad at training you, the tablets for training don't work right so you can't learn everything you need to complete your first three days. Shifts are few and far between and when you do get one be careful bc they don't tell you you need an app until you've missed a shift! Most unprofessional place I've probably ever worked. Why host a hiring event if you're just gonna ghost all the employees?

Only my favorite location of my favorite store. I've been coming herd forever and they are consistently well managed and stocked.
