Bath & Body Works, Santee CA

The holiday shopping lines are not bad.the staff has great communication and they keep the line moving. I didn't even have time to complain that the line was too long! Haha
Great service.they helped me find everything I needed and gave suggestions.

I've been coming here for years and usually have a great experience although an employee named Asiyah is not only unfriendly but actually quite rude whenever I come into the store. She never says hello when you walk in when she's at the front, is very rude when you ask if you can use a coupon with a purchase and most recently in my shopping trip in an abrupt yelling voice told me not to touch something. Asiyah speaks in a scolding tone to customers. I think it goes a long way to say anything with a friendly tone or a smile. I make a lot of purchases at this store and encourage my friends and family to as well but this reocurring experience gives me reason to have caution to come back.

I like their products, but the store can be overwhelming at times. I always feel bombarded by workers.

Santee store has the nicest people working there. The manager Selsa and Georgie are awesome!

The perfect place to make your home smell so Beautiful with the scents of "Fall. I bought over 7 candles in the last month during there half off sales. The Pumpkin candles and Strawberry shortcake are my favorites plus body gels. "Bath & Body Works is top Notch with quality Candles and Exceptional Customer service, I am greeted with a smile each time I visit this Santee and asked if I need assistance, very uplifting to walk into a Business that takes pride in Public Relations

Not the same quality as I remember.most scents had a chemical undertone or clear alcohol undertone. Very disappointing.

Great place to shop. Small but very personable. Friendly staff that love their jobs and greet every customer as though they were family. New items on display. Could have spent an hour just browsing.

Wish we had more $$$. Love this place. I always get compliments when I'm out wearing the good men's body creme an shower gels.

Busy tight store hard to move without feeling like your going to knock something of value over. Not my cup of tea! I don't like smelling the breath of the next customer if prefer if o could just smell candles & sprays please!

It was a horrible experience. I went to return 5 body creams that were gifts. I was not given a receipt. The manager Alijah said to exchange a $17.50; $16.50; and a $15.50 cream I would have to find a body cream for the same price. Then was told you only sell $17.50 creams now. To return all 5 creams I was given a gift card of only $24. What rip off. I have spent so much money purchasing your products for myself and for gifts.

Very festive atmosphere. The ladies working there were very cheerful, very helpful. The cashier explained about a coupon without being rude or disdainful. Thank you ladies.

I love their foaming hand soaps and body scrubs. They smell amazing and work wonderfully. Sales people are friendly and show you the current deals.

The workers were friendly as they always seem to be at this store. I just went in because i had a coupon for a free item. I chose something with the scent "Pure Wonder" and I've gotten a couple compliments on it already. There was another one I like but it had a long name. It was one of those that was stress relief and/or boho related in some way. It's tiny though. But it's in a strip mall with TJ Maxx, Barnes and Nobles, , Sephora, and a couple other stores that aren't bad.
