Very expensive products supposed to be 75% off, you get to the store and there is nothing on sale

Wonderful place with wonderful workers except the new one Thomas it’s his first day and literally mad dogged me when asking for help so I went to someone else, I advise if you go and need help go to anybody else. Keith was super helpful and super kind also super patient helping me go through many scents to find the one I love. All the workers besides Thomas were welcoming and kind

The smell made me do it! Very neat and organized store. They were closing but they never rushed us and we got everything we want and extra goodies.

The bigger girl who works here is so rude, I think her name was Catherine? I could not believe the terrible customer service she provided me. I have been to so many bath and body works and they are always so sweet but this experience was worse than terrible. This store really needs to check their morals within employees because that woman should be in NO customer service what so ever. Def do not recommend.

I love all the body spray the only reason I don't give It a five star is because it's not in my town lol

My points never work in the store and yet I spend a thousand a year there then they system is always down when going in person I drove a hour away only to be told the 4 rewards aren't working now after she scanned them to get them to work they aren't there anymore I'm going to return my items that I paid 300 dollars for since the points never count I'm done with this comt

Great, friendly service. I was helped by a sales rep named "Unique". She showed me where to find what I needed. What a sweet and courteous young lady. I loved the room fresheners I bought, 7 for $26.00. That was s great deal! This was a great shopping experience.

Nice store. Super friendly and helpful staff. The only issue I had is that the store is a maze and gets crowded fast.

When I walked in I was greeted by Candace and she helped me hunt down the candles I wanted for my luck I got the last ones thank you Candace without you I wouldn’t have found them.

I had earned a gift card by doing a survey. Everything was very expensive. I bought a small miniature backpack. One of the girls on the floor told me the straps to the backpack we're inside of it. I got home there was no straps. Disappointing
