Store was clean and we'll stocked even during the Christmas season. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was in and out in a couple of minutes with what I needed to purchase. Definitely would shop there again.
Amazing above average customer service! Yasmin got up on the ladder and brought down many of the things I wanted to purchase. She offered a wonderful greeting when I enter the store. They told me about the specials and different items on sale. All of my purchases where consisted and made easy 4 a great experience in Bath & Body Works Manhattan Beach store. Went in today to exchange a couple of "Pearberry" products because they started smelling like burnt plastic. Got another couple of different products and even paid a difference. Was in a hurry and didn't notice (till l got home) that the inept employee behind the counter put the same pearberry products back in my bag! How freaking annoying! Waste of money and time! Will be going back to Victoria's Secret to buy my lotions and body spray.
Hours are definitely wrong.you guys needs to update! We went there and 615pm today (Sunday) and just got disappointed and they are already closed.when it says here they are open until 10pm, what's up with that.
