Love, love, love this store no matter location, from bay area to Sacramento. Always great coupon deals. Even though they are generous in return policy, I have returned maybe 1% of my years (pl) purchases.

I love this location. The staff is very friendly. I went in with my 4 month old strapped to my chest so I had limited mobility. One lady (wish I could remember her name) helped me with so many candles. I love her. She was completely selfless and understanding.

Nice and clean, friendly staffs and helpful deals are not as good as other stores but still good.

I love this location, the staff is always approachable and this location is always well stocked with merchandise. Only drawback is parking can be a challenge depending on the day and time.

Love girly things like to smell pretty or have your house smell pretty this is the place to go. Have great deals all the time stores are organized and the employees are so nice. I got pocket size hand sanitizer and room spray. Don't let the little spray bottle for you two squirt is all you need they also have great. And body mist and lotion and candles.

My wife loves shopping for candles and soap at this store. Some other stores dont have the same inventory. This one seems to have what we need in stock and its close to other stores she likes to shop at.

They didn't have my body spray they had one with the same name as mine but the fragrance wasn't the same.

It's a nice store with friendly helpful staff. My wife and daughter get coupons in the mail for this place. So we visit every once in a while. Quite a selection of fragrances in lotions, sprays, creams, etc to choose from.

The place to shop for home fragrance be it aroma candles, sprays or plug in oils.my favorite store because some of their staff always remembers what I like and will let me know if they have enough on hand to save me time.always leave super happy

Staff is always super friendly and never do they make you feel watched or as if your going to steal from them. They are always honest about the current promotions the manager even went out of her way to honor a online promo in store when I mentioned I couldn’t order because I didn’t have a card too!

The ladies that helped me were such sweet mermaids. Just like Chris. He Rocks. I never had a bad experience here.

Customer service was poor.sales person was indifferent and not helpful at all. Second time experiencing this type of service at this location.
