Bath Fitter, El Cajon CA

When I got my tub installed, everything looked perfect and I was so excited. Come to find out, our tub will no longer drain. Bathfitters basically told us to find our own solution eventhough we had no issues with drainage prior to our bathtub remodel. Bathfitters is refusing to help us, saying their technicians aren't plumbers and they are too busy for our problems. We aren't allowed to use Drain-O because of the acrylic. They only said use a plunger and I don't know what else to tell you. Bathfitters said debris might have gotten into our pipes, but they are too busy to send someone out to fix it. They really don't care about their customers and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I was lucky to get Ciaran McKenna as the installation technician. His prefessionalism and workmanship are way beyond 5 stars. I wish I could give him 6 stars (*******). He is great asset for you and keep him well rewarded.

Have to say, initially I was apprehensive with the process however, this was an extremely positive experience. Both gentlemen Joey and Connor had great customer service. I was impressed at how fast this process was and how clean everthing was when they left. This definitely gave our bathroom a face lift.

Just would like to say THANK YOU to CAL for doing such a great job! He was efficient, & worked in a timely manner with a friendly/pleasant attitude. He came to install some shower shelves & fix a leak. My father was very pleased with the job that day!

The worst! Do not use! Salesman lied about almost everything! Said they use real plummers! Lairs! Poor installation/quality. Loose facet handle ready to fall off (cheap product not moen). Chipped toilet, company refuses to honor warranty or come out to fix anything! Update: I tried calling the # listed here no response. Picture of the bathroom sink had so much debris from the messy demo job I had to hire a plumber @ $239 to clear the p-trap so the sink would drain. Pictures here especially wall/ base board is the end result of an incorrect/sloppy repair done by bathfitters installers.

Doug was very communicative and asked me a few questions to make sure I was ok with everything and the locations. He was very detailed, professional and made sure I was happy with his work. Which I was. I am very happy with Bath Fitter.

Used bathfitters san diego to replace the only shower in my apartment. Installer was amazing very knowledgeable and timely. He did an amazing job and looks great. However after the install the before functioning dain was no longer working. Immediately contacted the help line to have it fixed to no help. Been trying to have someone come fix this for tree weeks and still don't even have a date they can come fix it extremely frustrating. Amazing shower along as you don't use it.

I have never used this company and may never use them, around 6 am I was driving on the 15 south when one of their employees (van # 355-20) was driving unprofessionally, and at a high rate of speed, and tailgating me. This company seems like a very professional business, however this driver gives them a bad name.

Our original installer was early the day of, done for the day in about 4 hours for a bathtub/shower replacement but did not complete the install.

Apparently, our original contract and items brought to job site were not 100% accurate, which caused issues.

A secondary install was set up a week later, and once again the installer did not have the correct items that were on the contract.

Installer did come back hours later to complete. Karen at the office was very nice and helpful during everything.

While cleaning, we noticed the wall had slight damage from the install.

Overall:
Customer service was excellent, all interactions with employees (2 installers, 1 customer service and 1 consultation) were all very friendly, while the actual installation was somewhat disappointing and could have been better.

Witnessed one of these companies employees van #355-20 driving aggressively on the Fwy just before 6A on Thursday Sept 15th.
There is no need to be in such a hurry this early in the morning. If you are running late try leaving earlier.
Hopefully people will take this into consideration when they go to hire this company.

P. S. Just before adding this post I noticed another a similar post regarding the same driver.

Good overall experience with new bath tub liner installation. Douglas arrived on time and went to work. He was friendly, efficient, and professional, answering all our questions and being knowledgeable about the install, plumbing, and sealant. We didn't have to take the old tub out so the job only took about two hours and he did a really great job overall. New tub looks clean and flush. Have to wait 24 hours before using. Overall was a good company to use with good prices and friendly staff.

Douglas came today to install our new bathtub replacement. He was very friendly, professional and very neat. Wasn’t concerned with him coming into our house. He finished in a little less than 3 hours and left the bathroom clean and neat He gave us instructions on when to use the new bathtub He told us to go to the Bathtub Fitters website to see all of the products that are safe to use on it to clean. It looks so much better than our old bathtub Thank you Douglas

The guy that came out refused to do the job and all they keep telling me is "it's in management hands". We are still waiting to hear what they are going to do so we can get the walk in shower foy husband. Everytime I call I get no answers

I just got my new bathroom in and it's made the room feel so much bigger and brighter than what I had before! Douglas (I didn't catch how to spell it) did such a great job installing it and he was very respectful and efficient. It's a first step to a new bathroom, and I'm really happy that it's such a strong start to it. I'm very excited for the many years of relaxing baths and showers I'll have with this!

Bath Fitter replace a 40 year old bathtub with a new modern looking shower. Service was outstanding. Installer arrived on time and worked through some issues with 40 year old plumbing. Ciaran McKenna, the install tech, did an outstanding job. Arrived on time, hit his commitments and left us as satisfied customers. Very happy with the install and really like the improvement in our bathroom.

Just had my install done today, everything was a breeze from booking to installation. And it looks amazing! Patrick was very informative and helpful when it came to ordering the bathfitter. Also, Jake was excellent he manage to install everything in one day! He showed up on time was Really respectful and even cleaned his mess. Thanks Bathfitters El Cajon

We replaced our old fiberglass shower/bathtub with Bath Fitter's acrylic shower/tub.
Patrick was our contact person at the startup. He helped us get a clear picture of what they offered, and it fit our needs. There were a couple of glitches that came up (the first shower arrived cracked, the second was too large), but we ended up with a beautiful shower/tub!
Ciaran was our installation technician, and he did a great job! He offered some good suggestions for a couple of last-minute modifications.
All in all, kudos to Bath Fitters and their crew!

Brandon made it out to our home for an evaluation of our existing bathroom to provide some recommendations.

While ultimately we decided to keep our existing prefabricated shower unit: Brandon did an excellent job of walking us through the options.

He didn’t try to up sale us and just wanted to ensure that we would be satisfied with the end result no matter which direction we went.

Provided a reasonable estimate and timeline.

Brandon did a lot to earn our trust and we highly recommend working with him and his team for anyone remodeling their bathrooms.

Had a new shower installed all in one day, Installation Technician, Ciaran McKenna, knocked it out of the ball in park! Ciaran did the installation as a one man crew, he was quick and very efficient! He protected our floors and carpet with tarps, and did an excellent job cleaning out and hauling away the pieces of the old shower.
The new Bath Fitter shower is absolutely beautiful, and well worth my Budget dollars!
