I own a car made in the 40s. It has a 6volt system. I asked manager would a 8volt start my car easier. He Said yes. I bought the 8 volt but had nothing but problems i tried to return they battery
they would not saying theres nothing wrong with battery knowing it would not start my car. There customer service, is weak and not helpfull you should not shop there they don't stand behind there priduct.

I am not a “Karen”, and I’m not a complainer. I had a very awkward experience when I went in to have my watch battery replaced. Both the manager, and the girl that was waiting on me were so cold to the point of being rude. They acted as though they were offended when I even asked a question. Their answer came out more as a grunt. I don’t expect the employees to be super friendly, all I expect is common courtesy, and politeness. Needless to say, I will not do business with them again.

Called to have a battery put on hold because I have a two hour commute to get to the store. The Manager Will told me he had 3 in stock and no need to put on hold. After asking three more times he finally said okay and sighed! Then asked for my name and Number. He then asked for my last name and I told him the initial. He insisted that I had to give him my last name. I told him that was not necessary I gave him my initial instead. He then shouted he would not put it on hold if I didn’t give him my last name.

I told him that he was being rude and unnecessarily aggressive and that I would take my business elsewhere.

I do not recommend this local based on my experience with Will.

Amazing service - helped me to load the heavy truck batteries (and unload the old cores). Plus prices better than anybody else. Highly recommended!

Needed a battery for my lawn tractor and found what I needed for a great price from this store. Customer service was outstanding.

Batteries+ is the only place I can find specialized batteries here in Sonoma County. I give them 4.5 stars. The only concern I have is a premonition that something is odd about their franchise model. I hope they treat their location managers well.

I placed an order on their website and it was only available to pickup at the store. I don't drive. I was forced into calling the store to cancel the order. I had a difficult time understanding the person I spoke to. He may have offered to put my order in the mail, but I am not sure. It was a small order of AA/AAA batteries and I wasn't going to ask someone to drive me to a very busy part of town for the order. No wonder Amazon is so popular.

Only place within 40 miles with the bulb I needed. So fast and easy to order online and fast pick up. They are my new go to.
