Real polite because their sister's store gave away my new sgreen. So there's real polite and quick to fix.

It was a joke I can't believe they say they they give you a year warranty on there auto batteries when you bring it in they throw some B/S tech reason at you about the battery cells not holding a 12 volt charge so my warranty could be voided If there test wasn't passed, the place is ran by a bunch of kids that need to trim there wannabe beards alittle better or comb them. Yes my battery passed there test and they replaced it. But I'm letting all know that you better read the fine print. Theres alot better places to shop for batteries that give a 1 year warranty with no catches and no I won't be dealing with that circus anymore.

I went to all three Sacramento stores (when it was 108 degrees I might add) trying to find a 15 watt bulb for a pendant light. Little did i know that the light bulb world has changed drastically and there's no such thing as a 15w bulb. Finally in the Howe Ave.store the young gentleman went out of his way to help me get what i neeed when the clerks in other stores didnt bother to go put of their way to help. Now i know where to go in the future.

I was treated with kindness and respect. I was given excellent customer service from a very knowledgeable and pleasant employee. Exceptional Customer Service is hard to come by these days. Would highly recommend this establishment.

I travel often, and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing there are locations wherever I may roam. The location in Arden-Arcade, CA is fantastic! Nathan immediately followed up with a phone call after my online order was ready. The associates in store were courteous and friendly (to me and one another!), and created a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

I needed a bulb for a lava lamp which couldn't be shipped to my area by online sellers. Finding the bulb online for pickup locally was easy.

I always get my phone repairs done here. These guys do an excellent job at fixing what ever gets broken! Can’t beat their prices!

Knowledgeable & genuinely friendly Associates. Prompt & attentive service for the customers.

We calle this placece to ask about a replacemeny battery for a 2020 Toyota Carolla. We asked them for the most affordable one they had. They were pretty rude over the phone, but it's whatever. I don't know what that person was going through.

What I did not like, however, was that I was on hold for nearly 40 minutes and when they finally came back, they said "We don't have that exact battery but we have something similar that I think might fit". You think might fit? Not to be a jackass but that's not good enough for me. Plus, it was twice the price of the one we actually needed.

Please, folks. Same type money, time, and frustration and look elsewhere.

The Store Manager, Nathan Miles, was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. This is extremely rare now-a-days and seldom offered. It just seemed second nature to Nathan. He definitely put "Service" back into "Customer Service. " After answering his questions to ensure I needed a battery, Nathan did a load test, amperage check, and tested the alternator. When performing the tests, Nathan explained everything very clearly. When it was determined that a new battery was needed, Nathan installed it. What made the experience even better is the fact that if I didn't need the battery, I ordered online, they would reverse the charge on my credit card. I now know where to go to get future batteries for my wife's power chair and the car. This is truly a place to do business with.
