Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to help you make an informed decision and to offer the information needed to care for your product of choice. Most importantly, they fully charge the battery for you so it’s actually 100% ready to go on pickup.

If I was able to give them a negative I will. Worse customer service experience I show up to my appointment a hr drive to show up and be told sorry we don't have your part mind you I already paid for this part. No call was given to me to let me know not to show up to my appointment just a waist of time and money.

They have all the batteries one could need for multiple items. The process is quick and easy to buy. The staff are friendly and willing to help.

Was able to get a hard to find Mercedes battery that no other store was able to get the next day!

Everyone I encountered at the Temecula location was so helpful, knowledgeable and absolutely pleasant; both when I picked up my battery order and when I brought my cores back 2 days later. I will continue to keep coming here & refer this specific location to friends and family. Seems like such a simple, “boring” chore to hate to come get batteries, but they made my experience wonderful & easy. I can’t say enough good things!

Really disappointed. I purchased an expensive AGM battery for a vehicle, which died less than 3 years from date of puchase. After taking the battery in for testing, I was told it would not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Feels like the store could care less that the battery did not perform up to a reasonable standard. Be careful, and consider purchsaing a battery from a business that will honor a legitimate warranty.

Great store and very helpful staff members. I needed a battery that nobody had and the had it on the shelf.

Came in with a battery bought almost 4 years ago (same location) that had died from a light being left on. Employee was very professional and had me out of the store in no time.

All three motorcycle batteries I purchased had bolts long enough to reach the nuts without issue. It's a little thing my previous batteries did not have that made installation a little more difficult. Service was friendly and prompt and my items were all in stock and available for immediate pickup.

Saw their add online and that they had a local store. I called the store and their were friendly and helpful.

Their price wasn't the best but it was close enough for me and the battery I needed was a brand name I recognize a Duracell.

Got home and installed the battery into my alarm system. The alarm system said it was a little low but it charged overnight So far so good and no more bad battery chirps from the alarm system.

I had a warranty replacement handled by Jared (initially by phone) and Bliss (in store and installation). Both were beyond excellent. I did not originally purchase the battery at this location, but I was treated like I was their long term best customer. HIGHLY recommend this location and would go out of my way to give them my business.

Employee claims they don’t do electronic recycling, when on their websites main page it clearly states that they do.
