I found the oven light I needed online, ordered it and it was ready to pickup the next day. At the store it was a very easy and fast service in getting my order. The part I needed was way less costly than thru amazon and I needed the part asap and would have had to wait several days from amazon for the part. It was a win win all the way around for me.

Helpful staff. Offered a service I didn't know they had. I needed a replacement battery for a milwauuke tool set. The first one I tried is didn't work. It's a hard battery to replace due to amps and bolts. So they told me about rebuilding the one I have. Left it with them and they had it done before I made it back home. It cost a lot less than buying new. And it works great. I didn't have a idea that it could be rebuilt.staff is most helpful. You'll find what you need more than likely. And at great prices! Clean store as well.

The best customer service I have ever had anywhere. They fit a battery for my hybrid lexus and saved me 200 bucks over the stealer prices. I highly recommend this place for any battery for any application.

I went in to have my charging port repaired on my Galaxy S8 phone. The guy there said, "maybe it's just got some crud in the port. ". He proceeded to clean it out, removing bits of lint and hay (from feeding horses), tested it, and it worked fine. Handed the phone back to me and said "no charge. " Greatest customer service. Thank you.

I've only been here a couple of times, but both experiences have been quite positive. The customer service seems to be excellent. The first time, I went for a battery (desperate), right before closing. There was an issue with my terminals and the guy had severe problems getting the battery out, so he went to his car to get his own personal tools and stayed beyond store hours to get the job done. Totally saved me. So impressive. There should be more people/businesses like this!

I called and asked how much to fix my iphone and they game me a fair price. Went right in and they were ready for me and the phone. Got it back in 1 hour and made a couple of other purchase while I was there. Very helpful with lighting stuff too

Thanks to Nathan and entire staff at my Elk Grove store! I love this place, always above and beyond! Nathan brought out my replacement golf cart batteries and installed them because I didn’t know how! This is our 2nd set of batteries from them!

I've only gone here twice but they are friendly and always ready to help.the first time I came I needed and old lipo battery fixed they fixed it in a few hours. The second time was for the same reason, fast workers and perfect costumer service as far as I can tell, also very friendly.

Terribale phone repair i got my iphone 7 fixed here and it dropped on carpet and broke with a 30 dollar screen protector i took it back and they said i had to call the screen repair company i did 3 months ago and still haven’t heard back now i cant get my new phone till i get this fixed

Wasn't sure if they could repair my phone. Charging problem. They were able to repair and did so very quickly! Staff very helpful and polite. Have had staff, repair my phone several times, and they're always helpful!

Couldn'find the batteries any where got online to BPB abd they had them, ordered and picked up at store. Easy Peasy.
