Wow - we just went through a brutal and very difficult closing and Matt, Michelle and the rest of the Battiata team worked with us every step of way to get it done. I've always been impressed with Battiata's marketing and advertising in San Diego, but have resisted using them and went with smaller "boutique" agencies. When one of my houses (my mother-in-law's) needed to be sold I listed it with a different agent. He was an awesome guy, but the house didn't get sold. He graciously accepted me going to Matt who I knew by reputation but had never personally met.

Even though this was a smallish transaction for San Diego (around 380,000), Battiata worked it like it was a 10MM listing! We had issues with the buyer, I live in another country, and when every problem arose I got a call back and emails immediately and they fixed every problem to finally get it closed today!
