Horrible experience. Fraud these people don't stand behind their product or commitments best to avoid. Ordered a suit large one available, then made to measure don't stand behind timeline or fabric ordered. Then clearly agreed on buying shirts and refund balance amount and some CEO in Italy rescinded. What is the point of having a manager and in store employees if they can't live up to their commitments. They will give you the run around horrible treatment for a luxury customer willing to spend $$$$. FRAUD.
They have a very Poor selection. Management does not stand behind there work. Made to measure is VERY POOR QUALITY. I would not suggest anyone to shop there. Definetly do not have them make anything custom, as there quality is very poor. If you have a problem or issue, do not count on them to take care of it. They will give you the run around.
