I reserved two buses for our corporate summit and had a great experience! The team at Bauer's was responsive and made the planning process very easy. We had a few last-minute time changes the week of the event, but the drivers were very understanding and helped accommodate our schedules. The buses were clean and comfortable and the drives themselves were pleasant and safe. 10/10 experience, we will definitely be using Bauer's for our future events! Thank you again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I never leave negative reviews because I know I’m not a company’s only priority and people can make mistakes, but I had an all-around awful experience with Bauers. We booked them for our wedding to provide 3 shuttles for transportation between our ceremony and reception venues. Our wedding coordinator worked with Jerico to make sure the team was prepared for the day and even provided a map of drop off and pickup locations. On the wedding day the drivers seemed frustrated and confused and told our coordinator that they didn’t receive any direction, and ended up getting lost while they had our wedding guests on the shuttle, and yelled at some of the guests who tried to help. On top of that, one of the shuttles broke down and never showed up. After the wedding, we reached out to Bauers to let them know about our experience but didn’t hear back. We reached out again to see if we could receive a refund for the shuttle that never showed up, and after being told by one employee that the refund was processed and 4 other employees that they were looking into it (the first employee was no longer at the company when I followed up), I had to finally go through my credit card to file a dispute. Long story short, horrible customer service on the wedding day, basically no response after the wedding even though we paid for a shuttle that didn’t show up, and months and months of waiting for employees to respond. 0/10 would not recommend

Top service. Coaches immaculately clean. Driver was tops. Polite, on time, maneuvered the coach in and out of tight places. We would reuse Bauer IT every occasion. No need to look elsewhere.

We were picked up by our driver Àbdare. He was very nice and helpful. He helped us to load our bags. Made our ride to our staycation very comfortable. He even waited with us until we got our rooms and then dropped us off at our rooms. He even helped us bring our bags inside our rooms. He took care to offer us water during the drive. We plan to use Bauer's for our trips forward. Their services are much cheaper than renting a car and letting it sit in the parking lot for three days. $600 cheaper.

We booked two shuttles with Bauers to transport our guests from our wedding hotel to wedding venue and without any communication at all, they cancelled the transportation. Our guests were left stranded at the hotel and forced to pay for their own transportation. After reaching out to Karina and Gwen, we were told that they mixed up our account with another and accidentally cancelled our shuttles. We had documentation and emails confirming our event as recently as three days before but suddenly, without warning, the buses never showed.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

Customer service is great. On time and very clean. Unfortunately, the bus home did not have air conditioning. The driver was very apologetic but the ride home was a hot and uncomfortable one.

Jericho was great in helping me set up this car service on short notice. I did not actually use the service personally; however, my team that did was very satisfied and everything worked out with all the logistics. Thanks again, Jericho and to the Driver, Good Job!

I have always used Bauer IT for adult parties and my kids parties, I just used a shuttle bus to get 16 girls into the city for a birtyhday party and it was a flawless experience. The driver Mike was professional and nice to the teens that got a little (or maybe a lot) loud. He was communicative and most importantly a great driver, Thanks Bauer for a successful 15th Birthday party!

Overall terrible experience with Bauer's and the only reason why I'm not giving one star is because I feel bad doing that. Started off with trying to book a bus and ask some questions about whether food/beverage was allowed + trying to get a quote. Had to follow up several times with the representative because he just forgot to respond to my emails (I had to call him directly several times). I was finally able to book the bus, but got a call 45 min before our pick up that it had technical difficulties and we would be delivered a charter bus. Sounded great at first, but we got on and the radio system had a screeching noise so we couldn't play it and the bluetooth did not work. We asked the bus driver if he knew how to use it and he said he'd 1) never driven this bus or used the interface and 2) couldn't speak english and understand us. After our event we waited for our bus driver to meet us at the agreed-upon location but he was no where to be found for 30 minutes. We had to coordinate with the dispatcher to figure out where he was until finally getting on the bus. I've complained about this experience and was told I'd be receiving a partial refund, but after multiple follow ups (and 21 days) I still have not received any refund to my payment method and am now struggling to hear back from the company. Maybe my case is unique, but I will never be using Bauer's ever again.

I've been using Bauer's for over 10 years now and they never disappoint. They are on time, friendly and lines of communication are always open. Car service is one thing I do not worry about for my work.

We are so happy with Bauer's Transportation and their attention to our wedding situation. They made prior site visits to inspect the scary road to our wedding venue and made adjustments to the type of shuttles necessary and our drivers were so accommodating throughout the entire wedding before during and afterwards. Very friendly and efficient.

Great company with professional chauffeurs. I will definitely be using them again for any of my transportation needs.
