Angel came by our house, identified the problem quickly, and offered us two options for handling the problem. Was very fast and inforamative.

There was an option to apply a new seal and coolant for our depleted and leaking condenser. The other was to replace the whole system given that ourunit is 20+ years old and uses an older coolant. Given the current situation with COVID-19, wanted to go with the fast and simpler route of replacing the coolant and fixing the seal. Was very efficient and got the job done fast.

These folks are very Responsiveness, punctual and do quality work. They came to repair my old furnace that was smelling some burning odors. They found a chamber cracked that was creating carbon monoxide. Of course I was aware of the dangerous operation. I decided to replaced it.the which was done with a Bryant furnace within a few hours and in the Same Day. The Value on this work is enormous. Also they save me time, inconvenience and the most important "stress". Thank you Bay Air HVAC.

Great HVAC services in the area! They are the best from 5 well rated companies that I called for an AC carrier check and possible replace. Bay Air HVAC Services were the most punctual and accurate for their service. Their office people are very helpful, the technicians very confident and the installers work well coordinated and combine the art of tools and knowledge. They replaced the the HVAC system in 3 days from the start of my call.some companies did not send even a quote. These guys did a wonderful and clean work. Also the new units recommended are so quiet and cool the house like a champ. I will give 7 stars!

Wou! These guys are on rollers! Bay Air HVAC know their business.after waiting 2 weeks for other companies to bid and do the job. Bay Air came next day after I called, gave me a fair estimate to replace my Carrier HVAC system. I accepted the bid. They scheduled for next day. Three people came (1 foreman and 2 young good workers). They are the best team I ever seen. I am very happy with the comfort in my home.

Like many other unfortunate souls, my A/C stopped working in the middle of the heat wave here in San Jose. The technician came within the appointment time we had set and was able to diagnose the problem with my A/C quickly. Luckily, they have huge vans with plenty of parts inside them so they were able to do the repair ON THE SPOT! I like the fact they are so fast to do the repair and get my A/C up and running in no time.
