6Bay Alarm is always great with taking care of issues for us. Anthony was a great help with explaining an issue I had.
Recently we had our alarm system upgraded added cameras & breakage sensors. Amador, Erick, Jefferson, and Jefferey Telgenhoff were wonderful. The guys were friendly, efficient, clean. Great group of guys. I would highly recommend Bay Alarm Company. 07/26/18 another technician Anthony came out to install 2 more contacts-another friendly, efficient, clean guy. Kudos Bay Alarm you have some wonderful people working for you.
Bay Alarm has been wonderful to us!
We had no alarm system at our industrial space. We were robbed and decided to put in a security system, Hamid came out the day we called, got us a quote immediately, and got the alarm scheduled the next day, and installed over the 2 following days.
Hamid, has been helpful, always easy to reach and responsive! The team installing were also friendly, on time, answered all of our questions and were really helpful with figuring out what we do and don't need.
After being a customer for over 20 years (with 2 visits from Bay Alarm) I was informed by their lack of customer service department that my emergency call would be handled the next day with a six hour window. I don't trust these people any longer and feel they really don't care about anything other than money. Total lack of support. I won't use profanity I'll just tell my story
I have nothing but praise and thanks for Jaramiah from Bay Alarm. He was courteous and professional at all times during our install. His ability to describe the solution and walk us through its functions/options built a great deal of confidence. Although I hope to never need Bay Alarm, I'm glad they have my back.
I have had 3 alarm accounts including fire, burglar and elevator with Bay Alarm for several years for my business. I have found the customer service to be poor and very impersonal. When calling customer service, the operators have difficulty even finding my accounts, let alone accurately reporting on alarm activity. The police department has been dispatched twice within the last month for false alarms and I have spoken to Bay Alarm operators twice to have the system checked to avoid further fees from the police department for false alarms. No resolution as of this writing.
