3After a recent burglary, I contacted Bay Alarm. My company has used them in the past so I was familiar with their service. Mitch scheduled an estimate inspection, contract and install in a timely manner. I would like to acknowledge Braylon and Giovanni, the techs who came out and did the install. Braylon and Giovanni were personable, knowledgeable, and set everything up without a hitch. They explained how to use the system, both in the building and on the App. I would recommend Bay Alarm to anyone looking for reliable security service.
I live in ocean point community in carlsbad and have had the worst service i have ever seen.our fire alarm went off last sunday morningat 6: 00 AM and stayed on for 4 HOURS! COULD NOT GET ANYONE TO FIX IT. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME BUT IF THE RESIDENTS HAVE THEIR WAY IT WILL BE THE LAST. DONT WORK WITH A COMPANY WHO HAS NO SERVICE!
