Bay Alarms reps were very helpful in getting service set up. The devices were easy to install and use.

I liked the service rep who assisted me in ordering new equipment and services when my pendant wore out.

I gave a 4-star review.

Subsequently, however, I've wanted to give a zero-star review. I will post details later.

Always prompt, consummately professional, and friendly.
I just can’t express how happy we have been with Bay Alarm Medical! If you should require a medical alert device, look no further—you’ve found the best! My mom had cognitive issues and would accidentally set off her pendant, Bay Alarm Medical would contact her, evaluate the situation, then provided notification to family—and, when necessary, first responders.

Very friendly and helpful. Easy to get someone on the phone and you are not subject to some robot. Sending you on a wild goose chase.

Getting the right equipment for an elderly parent is challenging. The staff at Bay Alarm made it easy to solve problems and helped my 95 year old mother live independently.

From start to finish the service is top notch from Devon’s assistance with the order to to Joel’s assistance with setup and testing and everything happened within 48 hours as promised. I had an order in with a competitor that I have been waiting 30 days for. I was promised 5-10 business days and at day they still hadn’t shipped it

The representative who helped me today was pleasant, helpful and efficient. What neither she nor I understand is why the update of my credit card didn't go through about a month ago when I updated through the website provided in the email. After I filled out and submitted the info, a screen message said something that made me think the update was successfully completed, so I was really surprised to learn via a new email this week that it did not in fact update.

This service made a big difference in taking care of my aging parents, who were 1000 miles away from me. We had to use the service quite often; they always contacted EMS quickly. I can't overemphasize how important this service was to me and my parents, and how well they performed

I am new to this system so I still have tons of questions. I chatted with Krystina via online chat through the website and she was awesome. Even helped me with some suggestions to accommodate my mother and her wearing the wristband. Very happy!
