Bay Area Brain Spa reviews
19Emily is a consummate professional. As an occupational therapist and a specialist in manual lymphatic drainage, she really knows her stuff. I think she is on the cutting edge of healthcare. Knowledgeable, gentle, kind, compassionate, and passionate about her chosen field.
The Bay Area Brain Spa is an oasis for self-care and regeneration in this crazy, messed-up, stressful world. I wish every single person in the Bay Area had access to this magical place. It's gorgeous, spotless, peaceful and thoughtfully appointed with so many thoughtful details (snacks! Tea! Tampons!). The staff is AMAZING - professional, kind, and deeply committed to the care of their clients. I have so far tried NeurOptimal and the Lymphatic Massage and both have helped me so much. I was waking up at 3: 00am every day and not going back to sleep. After two neurofeeback sessions, I slept through the night! HIGHLY recommend.
Amazing experience! If you’re looking for a relaxing, sports recovery, and/or a rejuvenating/serene getaway, this is the place!
Beautiful location inside the facility. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I did the full body lymphatic massage which was surprisingly relaxing then I followed up with the infrared. That night I slept like a champ. I will definitely be back.
Wow! I was floored by this treatment. Rad, one of the amazing staff, set me up so kindly and gave me lots of intel about the treatment of the lower lymph massage and neuro feedback combo. She suggested doing positive affirmations while in the treatment. I did just that and also ended up drifting into a deep healing rest state probably 3 minutes into it. Awoke feel lighter and my mind clear. This is a must for folks with anxiety or busy lifestyles to reset and come back to self.
Per usual, I just woke up after after a incredibly restful sleep after my day at the brain spa. I am so grateful for the wide variety of healing technology they offer that keeps my internal and external stressors in balance. My new favorite service they offer is the HRV VScan!
I had a full body manual lymphatic drainage massage with Emily Butts. It was wonderful and I feel great and will be coming back next month for another one. I’m so glad I deciddd to do this for myself.
As a competitive martial artist and professional fighter I strongly recommended it to everyone to stay in the flow and in the timing.
I have two kids and all of them also use the system in regular basis as well.
The new Bay Area Brain? Spa is so amazing.
I love the spot and will be coming a regular user.
I have been using Neuroptimal since 2016.
Love the feeling afterwards.
This was my first time at the Bay Area brain spa. They were very welcoming and game my fiancé and I a tour. The place was very serene and comfortable. My appt started on time and I did Neurofeedback. It was explained very well to me (although I have to admit im still a but confused about how it exactly works) if this place was closer to my home I would for sure come back and try out everything.
I love the neuro-feeback sessions. They always shift my mood for the better, help relieve anxiety and improve my focus.
Amazing technology, kind a helpful staff, boutique spa vibes! BABS brings some amazing resources to the community. So grateful for them!
What a great find for health, wellness & self-care. I had two services and now want to try all of them! It seems best to do a membership so you can come on a regular basis because I felt the first treatment but I think deeper effects would show after repeated use. The staff are great, really attentive and caring. You can tell they believe in what they offer.
Wow! At first, it sounded too good to be true, but since I think of myself as an open-minded adventurer (and my SO's prodding), I gave the PEMF treatment a try. It was awesome, more than comfortable, and healing. I look forward to my next treatment. Also the staff is great, dedicated, and caring.
I really enjoyed my first time at Bay Area Brain Spa, I was hesitant not knowing what to expect, but Rad shared her insights, shared the process and made it such a wonderful experience. Even some of the members carried over the same welcoming energy and were confident I would love it. I did a lymphatic massage with the jacket and finished off with Red Light Therapy. I will be looking forward to adding this into my normal routine for wellness maintenance. I will be coming back with family and friends, and am happy to share my experience for any new customers just discovering these processes and Bay Area Brain Spa. Word to any newbies, leave the cologne and perfume off of you for the day, when coming in. Be prepared with a pair of socks, this is a wellness space that is pure from top to bottom and beginning to end. I’ll be back soon, and am looking forward to my RLT recharge. ️️️
The Brain Spa is the ultimate self-care experience. All of the services offered are outstanding!
I enjoyed myself and they were very kind and helpful.i was able to finally relax.i woke up this morning and my legs looked back to their normal selves no more swelling i loved it.
I had another lovely and relaxing experience at the Bay Area Brain Spa. The lymphatic massage was wonderful! I always appreciate the neurofeedback treatment. Headaches, be gone! Thank you, Angela and Carleigh, for providing these services in the great Bay Area.
Unreal experience!
Nicest people, tidy facilities, calming atmosphere and life-changing equipment. Tasty tea too!
Highly recommend checking it out!
Amazing facility super nice and knowledgeable staff. So relaxing just an amazing experience!
