If your computer needs repair, I highly recommend this service! My son broke his computer on a Sunday. Although technically closed on the weekend, Neil kindly diagnosed the issue over email same day and squeezed us in on Monday to check it out (despite a busy schedule). He helped me find the right replacement parts to order on Amazon from a trusted vendor. Once the parts came in, Neil again was able to fit us in quickly to complete the repair. He can come to your home, which we found super convenient. His service is exceptional and we found him to be quite affordable as well. Without a doubt, we will use Neil for all our future computer needs.

I have had Neil work on my computer several times and he has kept my computer working great. Very happy knowing he is always around to handle my computer issues.

I brought my PC to Neil and he was able to repair my blue screen in 1 day which I thought was pretty impressive. He is the guy I can go to if I encounter any problems regarding my computers.

When my PC started to randomly turn off, I thought that was it. 4 months after purchasing from a company called "iBuyPower", which I now know is a joke of a company. Please don't ever buy anything from them. Most, if not all products are faulty. We figured out the issue (s) after diagnostics and immediately began the process of repairing. The pricing was reasonable. Service was outstanding, adaptive, and prestigious. Thank you Neil for all that you have done. I am truly grateful. His work ethic, honesty, professionalism, and even knowledge that you passed down onto me. Being thankful is an understatement. All while working through my complicated catering schedule. I pity those who have not gotten to meet or work with him. You can tell he puts his heart into everything expanding even beyond the realms of this business. The experience went so well that we have formed a bond similar to a brotherhood after all the time we have spent together despite the minimal amount of time. He definitely is invited to the family barbecue's whenever possible haha. Please don't hesitate to reach out for his help. I never do reviews, but this one was worth the first. Most definitely. Would give 6 stars if I could. Called Neil now three times and every time was able to squeeze me in, fix my issue (as I think he may be a genius) and could not be more pleasant while doing so. Detailed oriented.didn't overcharge when it was emergency service.and very trust worthy. I just don't see that much great customer service out there anymore so when I do it's greatly appreciated. It's so nice to know that when I have a problem with our computers, I have Neil to call. Thank you!

Neil got my laptop up and running after the Microsoft recovery tool would not repair or reinstall windows. Neil was able to preserve the data on the d drive and wipe only the c drive that had the os. The computer actually seems much happier now with the clean install from Neil. I still have quite a bit of customization and setup ahead of me, but I’m glad to be back up and running. The whole thing only took about 20 minutes.

Neil is the best I brought 4 MacBooks to him and he diagnose the problem. He fixed my MacBooks. He also gave me a great advise what to do if these MacBooks fails again. Great service and friendly.

Neil is the best! My dad referred him to me years ago and he is my one and only computer guy. He has loaded graphix cards into my computers (I'm an occasional gamer), diagnosed and fixed operating errors, and most recently got my our house's Wi-Fi dialed in.

The thing I like most about Neil is that he is always thinking about what is the optimal solution to any problem. He considers all aspects of an issue and lines out the best approach. I wish all service providers were this good!

My 7 year old gaming PC has been an amazing up until a few weeks ago when the graphics card started acting up. Neil was able to get me an amazing deal on a new and fix it in just a few hours. In my opinion their is no other tech in the Bay Area that i'd trust with my computer. He knows his stuff and does it for an honest price.

Hi, I reached out to Neil who runs Bay Area Computer Repairs in San Bruno because I needed a PC laptop for school and didn't want to buy a store bought computer that was preloaded with 'BS' software and free trials that would slow the computer down. Also, I had a limited budget since I am a student. I needed a PC because the software used in Construction Management, my major, is all PC based.

Neil came to the rescue. He found me a sweet Lenovo business laptop, he checked all the specs and I told him the programs and functions I would need. Also, he told me that this laptop would be easier to repair and upgrade as time went on. I bought it AND also had Neil wipe the computer clean and load just the necessary programs. So far I am very happy with my purchase; I use the laptop everyday since the semester started for a least 6 hours a day; zoom classes and home work.

Finally, I like that I now have someone I can call if I have a quick question, and can get advice on how to maintain my laptop. Neil knows a lot and is a great resource for your computer needs. I now have a person that can help me with repairs, upgrades, and equipment since I have limited knowledge of computers.

Great Experience! Computer was constantly on the freeze I had taken it somewhere else for repair but the issues persisted; Neil worked tirelessly on my PC and kept me informed the entire time. He was able to properly diagnose and fix the issue associated with my computer and he even upgraded my operating system. Great and tireless service and I didn't have to buy a new computer. This is the 2nd time i am using his service believe me he is good. He told me i don't like to be rushed and i will get it right.i understand rushed job is bad job i gave him enough time did not bug him he did call me in 2 days and showed me the work.
