I had never heard of Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment when my ENT recommended it for treating SSNHL. After a quick consultation with their Medical Director, I scheduled 21 sessions - the process was efficient and straightforward.
Jordan and all front-line staff are great and make each session easy and even fun.
The only thing preventing a 5-star rating was a lapse of administrative staff - they delayed submitting for additional sessions, which delayed my Doctor's approval.
I would definitely recommend Bay Area Hyperbarics when you need increased or special circumstance healing!

My mother has been going to this facility for my fibromyalgia and chronic pain and I have seen great improvement over my 20 sessions. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Jordan is a stellar employee who takes his time and is very patient and attentive to me and anything I needed. They always made me feel comfortable during the sessions and comfortable to ask any questions in regards to my care. I was referred to hyperbaric therapy from my wound doctor in August of 2022 and have continued treatment with amazing results. I'm part way through my treatment and so far my experience has been extremely positive. The facility is spotlessly clean and has a generally pleasant atmosphere, which definitely promotes healing.

All the staff are awesome and they definitely pamper all the patients. They manage to transform what would otherwise be a daily chore into something that feels like a day at the spa.

While it's too soon to comment on the effectiveness of the treatment for the condition it was prescribed for, I can say that my treatment has definitely improved my overall well being.

I have had a wonderful experience at Bay Area Hyperbarics. I have 2 wounds from my below the knee prosthetic. If the wounds didn’t heal, I would have lost to above the knee. This was so distressing for me. They are healing! I just had my 34th visit.
The staff here is so kind and friendly. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable. It’s like a home. The good thing is I am covered by my kaiser insurance.

Bay area Hyperbarics has been an amazing experience, the first contact with Charlotte Johnson was amazing, she was very polite and attentive explaining what I needed to do, the day of my first treatment I met with David, he took the time to explain everything concerning about the treatment and also he took the time to answer my questions and concerns, the staff assisting me for the treatment (I would like to apologize for not remembering their names) have been awesome, by the moment I arrive to the site they welcome me and are very polite, helpful, respectful and make me feel like home, by asking me questions of how I feel and what it will take to make me feel comfortable.
I will strongly recommend this treatment, I have seen a very positive results for the recovery of my my foot and I look forward getting more treatments and most important being with such a professional and caring professionals.
