It says on the website that it has 24/7 support. I chatted with the customer service representative for a price match and sent them an email. Nobody respond to me after more than 30 hours. This is definitely not a 24/7 support website
John is amazing and helped me re-string my racket! Dropped off in the morning and called me the same day to let know it’s done. Amazing and fast work. We recommend!
A strong community of Badminton players congregate here to practice; each court can be reserved for up to 30 minutes. Gets crowded in the evenings after work; you may have to wait for your court reservation.
$15 for one time use, and around $1000 for a yearly anytime membership. Racket and shuttlecock rental available.
I am new to the city and went for a drop in (and potentially evaluate if I should take membership). The courts looked great and it was quite busy. But as soon as I asked for drop in, the lady at the counter said they are closed. It was 7.30pm and they close by 9.30pm (1/31). I asked why and she was very rude in saying that she cant let me in and it is closed. I asked how does it work here and if I can take a look at the courts, she just said NO and I cannot step in. I will never be going back to that racist place ever! If there were too many people in the court, she could have said it in a proper way but that is too much to expect from this place. My rating will be 0.
