They are convenient and reasonably priced while still giving excellent care to my dog. I board my dog at the hospital when I’m out of town. Last time the vet Came out to the waiting room to speak with me about my dog not eating much when I’m away and if it continues to bring her back in. She was clearly being cared for. The more local vet that most my friends go to is expensive. When I first got my dog I had asked my local vet nurse to show me how to give a pill to my dog. The nurse said it would cost me another 20$. I left and never went back. This has been my vet since. Also if and when she gets an ear infection a re- check after the meds are completed are free. Proper pet care can get pricy as they get older and every little bit helps. I also like that the vet dr. ’s are very down to earth. No apointments are needed and they are open Sunday morning.

They are exceptional. Everytime we come, they are great to any of our pets. My beagle had surgery to remove a fatty tumor under his belly and it went very well. I would recomend this animal hospital to anyone. All of their veterinans treat your pet as if it is their own.

This place is great not very crowded and you don't need an appointment the only downside is there Limited hours on Sunday.

No appointments but they move pets through pretty quickly. Vets are very knowledgable, sometimes crowded. Parking is a nightmare when crowded.

The don't take appointments, but most of times your pet can see a veterinarian within 30 minutes. They do the necessary paperwork for traveling to Europe with pet for $70. They can have it ready in the same day.

I went as a walk in today at Bay City Pet Hospital but I had one of the worst experiences with the receptionist and client that was actually sitting there my dog she's a two-year-old Pomeranian and she's a barker I mean she's a dog the thing is that the receptionist asked me to step out because it would bother the other dogs and the lady that customer that was also sitting there said she was obnoxious, l will make sure to let other pet owners know about my experience today at BAY CITY PET HOSPITAL I felt very offended by the staff, very unprofessional, especially in a pet clinic telling me to wait outside. I hope no one else goes through and feels the way I did today. Very bad service!

On a Thursday morning @ 8am I brought my puppy in, because she had a growth on her back leg. She was seen within 5 minutes for a thorough exam. The Vet determined that it was a wait and watch situation and that it should go away on its own. We also discussed some puppy training issues, feeding concerns, etc. I was happily suprised when I was checking out that there was no cost for the exam. That's never happened before with any of the many other Vets to which I've taken my animals. If i could give them more stars I would. GREAT PLACE!
