Thomas at the deli is AMAAAAAAAZING! He’s super friendly & makes the best sandwiches. The turkey club with spicy mayo and jalapeños on the side is to die for. Their Thai tea in a can is delicious when you pour it over

First time I came here it was worthy of 5 star. Last two times they’ve clearly started skimping on the meat and adding extra lettuce. Really throws off the balance on the sandwich. Sign of our economy perhaps, but I will not be coming back again.

Great selection. Be sure to grab a sandwich from the bar. Veggie on squaw bread doesn't disappoint.

I wasn't super thrilled about the price. 20 bucks for a small sandwich. Tasted ok. But I was already shell shocked on the price plus additional 2 buck for a small pre-made side of macaroni salad. 5 stars anyway. Go small business.

They have a nice selection, however did not have what we were looking for, so they got online and searched for us and sent us to who did have it. They went above and beyond. The proprietor was very friendly and had some awesome jazz music playing while everyone shopped. I recommend them.

If you know the Costco on Morena Blvd N, then on the way turn right at the light signal at Avati St.and right again into the small strip mall w/ Bay Ho Liquor & Deli & find a longtime quiet surprise for Bay Ho residents.
Small, yet "need this fast" full of items & treats & friendliness within walking distance, instead of a longer trek to Clairemont Town Square (if you're without car unexpectedly, as I am). I needed cat canned wet food after dark. Bingo! Yes, they have it! Ahh, relief!

My partner of 26 years.is down there constantly. He doesn't spend time doing what he should here at his home. He's neglectful, irresponsible, helpless, and arrogant. That liquor store is nothing but a hangout for rif-raf.

There are great people working for great people. Mellow responsibly, attainable body grub cocktail shop. Suits and tailor kind of spot. NICE!

The employees do not wear a mask, and I noted several customers walking in without masks. Sorry to be the mask police.but a place that deals with food not enforcing masks? Shame on you.

I've been going to Bay Ho Liquor & Deli for as long as I can remember. They are so nice and helpful and stock a good selection of alcohol, beer & wine. Their deli sandwiches are the best. I highly recommend this deli if you love good quality Boar's Head meats & cheeses like I do.

Amazing sandwiches good looking owners dig their personalities and how I can joke with them. The only thing they are missing is me working there.

This place has everything you need and always a friendly face welcoming you. They even have an awesome deli open every day but Sundays.
