I've had very good experiences contracting with Bay Pest. The man who services my house is thorough in his work, very polite and punctual to appointments. We have general pest control done, and the treatment is effective. Their office staff is also very pleasant and accommodating. I am glad that I chose them!

We have been experiencing some bites and found some very small tiny bugs in the bathroom. They ended up being Mites. After calling several pest (6 companies) with no support or success. As all these companies seemed to just want to sign me up for a monthly plan. With no real plan on how to exterminate the Mites.

BayPest was the first to listen and very quickly give me options on termination. Brian is very knowledgeable and explains in in-depth what and why he recommends a treatment. Brian came same day to my house just hours after our initial phone conversation. He did an inspection and gave me 3 options. He is very professional and honest.
