Beautiful, well appointed event space.

Historically, this structure has served its community as a venue and a post during civil rights movements.

BOH continues to offer creative use of this SF neighborhood landmark as a respectable place for dance classes, workshops, live performance.

Muni accessible and parking (lot & street). Overall, great location and perfect space.

The newly renovated Bayview Opera House is light and airy. There are historic pictures across the walls of popular cultural locations. My sister whose close to 70 years old noted a venue that she knew about that was there before she was born! My family lived on Navy Road, in Hunters Point in the late 50's. We moved from there to Bayview in 1965. My family was in Bayview when cows were herded down 3rd Street to go to the slotter house.
I performed at the Bayview Opera House in the 90's. It was nice then. But it's elegant now! They also have a professional big screen for videos. We deserve to have a historic and beautiful landmark in our neighborhood! It's time again for Bayview to get positive reviews. There's too many violent crimes in our community. Let's celebrate our culture in a positive way. Please come to the Bayview Opera House for your events. Give Bayview something to talk about that's positive and uplifting!

When we arrived at this hotel, we were pleasantly greeted with a very nice van that took us directly from the airport to the hotel and made our transfer to the hotel quite pleasant. The driver was very friendly and very professional in his reception of my fiancée, our parents, and myself and we truly were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful resort that was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of this place. Thanks!

My fave go-to-place for a quick fix of beer. The food is great and budget-friendly. They have lots of staff who will readily attend to your needs. Quick service of food. Thank you.

It's located in a community where I grew up. It has a lot of history and has hosted some iconic people here.

Beautiful place! Went there for a repast following a Memorial Service. Very swanky inside with a stage and upper balcony.

I have just received news from a few current and former residents of the Bayview community that the Opera House is now "tailoring" and/or restricting rental of the facility to indigenous residents of the community, meaning "certain black people. " Comments? If this is indeed true, whomever is running/ruining/gentrifying the place, hope you're ready.
