For more instances than I have fingers and toes, the property management has failed to notify us when a maintenance request appointment has had to be cancelled until during or after the scheduled appointment timeframe.cancellations happen, many for reasons outside anyone's control, but to not notify a tenant in a timely manner is disrespectful and a poor reflection on the work ethic and professionalism of the person conducting themself in that way

Lived here back in 2008. Walls had mold.bathroom had to be dry wall replaced. They stuck me in a Hotel for two weeks. Came back Sep 2008 apt smelled like sewer. Ya. This was 15 years ago i idk if they cleaned up their act, reading some of these reviews idk. Sound pretty bad now even and it over a decade 1/2 later. Dishwasher at the time hose broke for no reason entire Apt smelled like wet rotten moldy wood. These Apts are old old. Loud atrocious banging and sawing from renovation tearing walls out. Ants and insects come into your apt.even when youre clean. Drain was clogged in bath. Heater broke.wow i can go on and on but Irvine Company is ultra wealthy and do as they please from what i hear. Ca is a ruined state anyway at this point. I moved out of state and am i glad i did.
