Went there, waited for them to open, ordered, and waited longer then told afterwards that their food wouldn’t be ready for another hour. How do you not know that already when you open and not tell your customers?

Food was great! First time here and really enjoyed the food, the only downside was the rude employee who gave our food to another table and when those customers tried to tell her it wasn’t their food she just walked away. My husband went up to the counter and complained and she didn’t care to listen to him and got mad at him and never apologized. The other customers had to give us our food instead of her fixing the problem.

The Mac n Cheese was bland. The meat tasted good but extremely small servings. Definitely no value for your money. We got the 3 meat. Rip-off So small servings we will never come back. Don't go here

Bad customer service here always when picking up food. They have an option for “curbside pickup” which I chose and waited 10 min after checking in online, I had to get out my car to go inside to grab my food. The lady said they don’t do curbside pickup anymore after asking why they have us wait for so long. I understand if they don’t anymore just take it off the site and definitely have the decency to call the customer and let them before their food gets cold instead of just standing around talking to each other!

I know someone that ordered from here through door dash and they ordered the 3 piece bbq meal that comes with 2 sides. As they got the food the 2 sides weren't in there. When they called the lady that answered the phone swore up and down they put the sides in there and tried blaming it on the door dash driver even though the bag was stapled shut. And then it was overpriced for what they got and what was ordered. Be aware. They're not very helpful

This place never disappoints. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, my go to BBQ restaurant.

Had lunch with my husband here. It's usually one of our go-to on this side of town, but this time, I got the 2 meat chicken and Tri Tip and 2 sides potato salad and max & cheese. It's was ok but my meat was cold, and my potato salad tasted like it didn't have any seasoning on it. My husband got the 3 meat ribs chicken and brisket and 2 sides mac and cheese and coleslaw. He said his ribs tasted dry like they been sitting there for a while. Brisket was the only thing fresh coleslaw looked like a regular salad not shredded or seasoned. Ok place but I've had better for this spot.

What more can be said.

This establishment has been around for a very long time way before it was barbecue and burgers

Whenever I would drive by, I would see the big black smoker cooking up all kinds of delicious meats

And all the years of driving by and smelling the wonderful aroma of smoked meat I never had the time to stop by

Until today, because I promised my grandson I would go with him

Wow! What a fabulous deliciousness of food

None of it was oily or greasy and it all tasted very fresh

The Ribs and Tri tip were tender and the Burger was cooked to perfection

My compliments to the cook or cooks or chef because he or she knows what they're doing in the kitchen

We arrived around 4 PM, And there were 2 or 3 other tables with customers eating there

We were seated immediately, given menus and within a few minutes our order was taken

I should have timed it because it was under 15 minutes before everything we had ordered was bought to the table piping hot

That was quick and nothing was cold except for the potato salad

I would suggest going there on a weekday before 5 PM, if possible

I'm sure that it fills up during the lunch and dinner hours especially on the weekends

All of the young ladies there were amiable, approachable, courteous and attentive

So different than when we went to the Delta King, which is supposed to be a high end establishment

I'll be posting a separate review on that experience

So getting back to the BBQ and Burgers.

The bathrooms were clean where we sat was clean all the tables and chairs and floors were clean the outside was clean

Their customer service was exceptional, no masks required, dine in or take out available, no reservations needed, one Handicap parking space; however, there are several other parking spaces close to the building, inside and outside dining areas and they have good music playing in the background:)

Take a look at the menu and you'll be able to see if there are any vegetarian options

Everything I marked is because we ate it

BBQ & Burgers were at Sac City College a few weeks ago during an open house, and they provided all the food

I'm sure all the other items on the menu are just as good

Next time I go, I'm taking the whole family with me ;)

I'll make just one suggestion.have Au Jus dip for the Tri-tip or maybe it's just my taste buds craving it:)

Don’t waste your money on the BBQ! We dined in and tried the Beef Brisket, hot link, ribs, and tri-tip, all were terrible some worse than others. The beef brisket had WAY too much fat, the hot link had a weird texture, the ribs hat too many little bones? That was a first, and the tri-tip was dry and unseasoned. I believe this place tries to save money by purchasing cheap meat.
The Mac & cheese was an absolute disgrace. It had a PINCH of cheese, it was dry, and no kind of seasoning. I actually questioned why it was yellow but dry with almost no cheese. The only item that was bare able was the coleslaw. In addition to the terrible food, some of the staff wasn’t very friendly.

This was the best hamburger I have had in a long time! I don't recall which one exactly it was, was the last one on the menu, something Spicy, had bacon and also pulled pork on it. It was the PERFECT combination, which made the burger taste really good. I don't normally like the meaty flavor of burger patty, but this one had lots of flavors. I never go back to the same place to eat, always try different places, but I WILL go back here, it truly was an amazing burger.
We did not like the pulled pork sandwich, though.
With pulled pork, its hit and miss, even when I smoke or grill it it myself. This one did not have much flavor so we had to add lots of BBQ sauce on it.
They r dog friendly!

Came here on a whim, was going to starbucks to get something for my girlfriend when I noticed this place and made the executive decision to stop by. The pulled pork fries were absolutely amazing. Should be the standard in which fries are judged. Their meats are tender and smoky, and the hot link, its amazing. Well worth it and I will be coming back.

Full rack of ribs is awesome totally worth the money.
The burgers are out of this world, savory, indulgent, tasty, delicious, satisfying/filling, presented/constructed well. They put alot of love into the flavors, portions and smokiness of their food. I would describe their menu as un-compromised in a good way of course. I always pick up to go and have never had to wait for my order.

We ordered from this place we were visiting our family, we live in Fremont and have gotten such poor customers service.
We phone in an order. When we got back items were missing from our order when we called back we were asked to return but this place was like 30 minutes away.

The food here is always great. The staff are really nice and helpful and patient. Love it every time I go here.
