Hello my name is Patricia I live in apt #50 my kitchen cabinets were in ugly condition cracked painted over tape patched holes with paper & painted over the maintenance man Bryan R was very patient & understanding with what I wanted done to the cabinets he did a fantastic job he caulked & framed the cabinets he sanded & painted them they look brand new I’m very happy he was very nice a punctual always on time and took his time to finish the job. I really appreciated that. If I have any more maintenance or apartment fixing up, I would prefer Brian to be sent. Thank you.

This company has harassed us, raised our rent without legal notice and tried to wrongfully evict us twice. The first time the got the money from rent relief and still tried to follow through with eviction even though they accepted the money. This last time we got a lawyer and they knew they couldn't win the case, so they dropped it and they won't let us pay rent even though we are willing and able. In other words, they are going to attempt a new eviction on grounds of non-payment even though we are trying to pay. They took us off the tenant portal before their attempted eviction even went to trial and they (even though it isn't legal) don't have other payment options. We have had to get fair housing, code compliance, the BBB, and the justice department involved against these people and they are still breaking the law and raising tenant rents too high without proper notice, not fixing things, and trying to evict people as a retaliatory action for tenants exercising their legal rights. At this point, I feel everyone they have wronged should get together and start a class action suit against this company. The manager, Alexis Armendariz, is rude, yells at tenants, and threatens eviction any time she doesn't like what they have to say. She is unprofessional in the way she deals with tenants and is ignorant of tenant rights. I hope the owners of the complex we live in wakes up and gets a new management company who are professional and actually know what they are doing. Otherwise, they will end up with a lawsuit of their own for allowing this to continually happen. I'm sure that the company will see my review and try to tell me to contact corporate, don't bother, I already have. We have sent demand letters, made phone calls, and sent emails. ALL fell on deaf ears. Corporate doesn't do anything, but try to save face when they get called out for illegal business practices.
