Nepulus apartments are too hot. Neighbors including manager are always watching your every move, will make up rumors, and Carolyn will take their word for it even if it’s not true. Carolyn (Property Manager) has been made aware of rumors and stalking, but does not care and is Okay with it. Owner should consider a different property management.

Do not rent from them! At first there all nice once you have already given deposit then they give u a whole other list of “rules”.

They are racist to minorities! All the women are older white ladies. They are all rude. I met all the requirements, but they did not want to rent to me! I know it’s because of my nationality. I can tell because of the way they treated me! I paid for their service fee application did all the requirements and my credit is pretty good and yet me and my husband and two kids do not qualify. All I can say is that I know why we do not qualify, and it has nothing to do with the requirements! But if I was white I’d get help!

Rude, tried many times to get through on phone, owner is rude, I can see why she was fired from her last job, A lady named Jenny was very short, and in my opinion rude

Their page says they are willing to work with you but they're not. They denied me because i don’t have 3 years landlord references how am I supposed to have that if they wont work with me. If I could give zero stars i would. If your young and are barely starting out steer away from this company. Ridiculous.

I've rented at a number of places over the years and I've dealt with the good, the bad, and the nightmare. Carolyn and Laura were quite possibly the best people I've met when renting. A little background: I was in the process of moving back to California for a job in Stockton. I had heard about Stockton and DID Not want to live there. After dozens of calls and emails to rental companies and private renters, I found Beacon property. After checking out the listing and letting them know I wanted a place with a personal washer/dryer hookup, they looked around for me and were able to rent me a fantastic unit. Any time there was even a minor issue, they were responsive, polite, and prompt. If I hadn't moved to Colorado, I would most likely still be renting through them!

This business is very responsive to maintenance issues, or really any issues you may have. I appreciate the professionalism of Carolyn and Jenny. Really the whole staff.

Renting can be a pain. The folks at Beacon make it worth the money you're paying. Value added business.

Rented with beacon for almost 5 years and we’ve never had a problem they have always made sure things were fixed in a timely manner which is SO important when renting! Take care of your property like you would owning a home simple as that:) And yes you can get your deposit back just have to leave it like they left it for you when you started renting! Thank you beacon it was a pleasure!
