Bear Valley Ski and Board Shop, Big Bear Lake CA

Forgot my boots and needed a quick fix, they took care of me with a bindings and boot rental. They were crowded but very friendly and professional kudos to these guys.

Really nice staff and really helpful if you’re beginners and need a lot of help. Really affordable daily rates too.

Cody and Martin were a great help! Costumer service was impeccable. Set us up for a day on the slopes! Recommend to give these guys a visit.

This is our second time visiting this shop and are very happy with the service. First time we needed some rentals and that went well. Then my goggles broke on my last trip so I needed new ones. Tried to get some help at another big ski store but all I got was deep sighs from the employees when I tried to put goggles on for fit, and also the employees didn't know anything about goggles. And if I'm considering spending close to $400 on goggles I'd like to make sure they're the right ones. So I ended up going to this store and was blown away by the friendly service from Cody. He was super helpful, he was knowledgeable and made sure I ended up with the right product, not just the most expensive product. I was so thankful after that experience. This week be our new go to shop in big bear!

Very rude lady at the cashier. Bad experience renting, there’s lots of options where you’ll have a much better experience. Crew needs urgently training on how to treat tourists.

Great shop! Nice crew that works there, also one of the only places in town that’s not trying to rip you off.
