Waited a while to be seen but once I was the doctors that have attended me have all been very attentive and courteous. It’s also a clean facility and once you’re in it’s a quick process! Appreciate it

Went there because my back was hurting really bad and waited there for over an hour and they weren't calling anyone in. They weren't many patients in there, there were about 4 patients. A few minutes later I went to urgent care at the desert valley hospital and they took my vitals right away and when they saw they were bad they took me in right away and gave me shots for the pain immediately.

I first called this location on 7/10 to see if they did TB tests since I needed one for my work. After following prompts to talk to a worker I was transferred to another phone which was never picked up. I should have seen this as a warning, but I called again later and they confirmed they did TB tests.

Once I arrived at this location there were a few patients ahead of me so I was prepared to wait a while, and after signing in I was told there were 3 patients ahead of me. After an hour and a half wait, I was finally attended to, and within 2 minutes they administered the test and had sent me off.

On top of what I mentioned before, the main reason I rate this location 1 star is because of the misinformation they gave me. After being given the test, they told me to return Wednesday 7/12 between 4-5 to have the test read. I returned at 4: 08 and was glad to see the lobby wasn't as busy, so hopefully there would not be as long as a wait. The receptionist then goes to tell me that it is TOO EARLY to have the test read, because the test was administered to me at 4: 45, and that I would have to wait until then to have my results read.

While a wait is understandable when there are patients ahead of me, I hoped at the very least to be given the correct information about when to have my results read. I am happy I only came here for a TB test because I will most likely not be returning.

DO NOT GO HERE EVER
Update so they replied trying to do damage control. They don’t have an accurate closing time from the reply they left on this review. It’s unprofessional and it shows they can be selective on who and when they want to serve. You’re more concerned with closing earlier than your posted time then helping the people who are in need of services wasting their gas and time. I hope your company suffers like those you turn away cause u want to close earlier then your posted time.
Walked in today before they closed and was told they couldn’t see me because it’s too close to closing. But I made it 15 minutes prior to closing. The place is dirty not very professional, there wasn’t a single patient there and they aren’t a help I highly suggest going somewhere else I had a poor experience there the last time I went. They don’t even have me in the system after I have been here numerous times. And the doctor sucks when he has to use google to figure out what the problem is. I just needed a note for work for my pink eye. Waste of gas and time.

I recently attempted to make an appointment at Bear Valley Urgent Care. The woman I spoke to repeated that I needed to call my insurance company in order to change the PCP to this office, which I assume is due to primarily serving patients under HMO plans. I must've mentioned more than twice that I had a PPO and I could go anywhere without having to gain authorization from my insurance company. As I'm explaining this for a third time, without announcing it, the woman placed me on hold as I'm talking. A minute later another person from the office gets on the phone asking me to come to the office in order to get verified. I asked if they could run my insurance through the phone, but she confirmed that the office does not do verifications over the phone. Thus, solidifying the one star review for this health care location.

I'd like to thank Dr BB for taking such good care of my aunt. He explained what he was doing as he sewed up her head. I think he is a great and compassionate Dr. I'd recommend him any time. Thanks Dr BB.

Don’t bother coming here if you want to get refused over a mask that they can’t provide. Their making their patients go out and get a mask but pick and choose who to give it to so they can see them. “It’s policy, we have the right to refuse service” policy is NOT law. Try to explain that to medical assistants that have a certificate but no actual knowledge of patients rights to be seen. Already filed a grievance with my insurance. Since it’s a “private practice” go next store to purchase masks that you require and give them to your patients if your scared to get Covid instead of us going out our way to do it! That’s called patient-customer service It’s 2023 it’s not cdc regulated as a requirement. Get up to date with your “policy” or you will continue to lose money over a dated requirement. Pathetic.
