To the owner of this place, please don't let ONE PERSON work on peak times because she's like a headless chicken making orders for 5 - 15 people. It's not right.

This has become one of my favorite places to eat in the area. Bestea is so cute! I love the the designs on the wall, the seating area by the entrance, and the plants. This place is really great to hang out with friends or get some work done. I also think the volume of the music is perfect and relaxing.

I have never been disappointed by any of the dishes on the menu. I'm currently obsessed with their curry ramen and their takoyaki. Their teas are also amazing. I'm usually picky about the teas, but Bestea is one of those places where I try to get everything from their menu at least once.

I'm really happy this place exists!

The best fruit tea in Bay Area and with a very reasonable price. Watermelon fever is my favorite! They use real fruit and very generous fruit! Not like some other stores use artificial flavor or just a little fruit.

I love the toppings here because they taste fresh and handmade. The teas also do taste like they're brewed from tea leaves rather than boba mix, so if you want a treat to go, I recommend this place.

I wanted Rose milk tea which was not there on the menu. But the staff (I believe she was the owner) made it for me. It tasted heavenly with the right amount of sweetness and boba cooked very well!

I love getting the jasmine tea with cheese foam here it's so delicious. The owner is friendly and truly gets to know her customers. She even has me and my partner's order memorized. The service can be slow at times but that's because the store is run by one person. They also have filling snacks like popcorn chicken. Please try it, and support a local business

Google says they're open but I just checked and they're closed for some reason and no one is picking up. No sign on the door either.

I got dark oolong milk tea with boba and aloe vera. The tea flavor was really nice. But bobas were on the harder side and the whole tea was not as creamy as I liked. Overall it is was a decent tea, but not impressive.

My favorite tea spot in SJ. Service can be slow at times because frequently the only the staff behind the counter is the owner. However the tea is worth the wait and the owner is extremely friendly!

I have been looking for a place for bubble tea smoothies and I finally found the perfect place! Made with fresh fruit and the boba cooked to perfection. This was the best smoothie Ive had in a long time. Lots of options and made with fresh fruit!

Been here several times. Boba is always really good. Owner is very nice. One of my favorite boba spots.

I had the honeydew boba and my companion had the rose boba. We were very happy with our selections. We plan on coming back.

Best Lychee Boba Tea I have ever had in the Bay Area. Definitely a must try - Lychee Green Tea with Lychee jelly and boba.

Good prices, and the tea was very good (I got jasmine), the boba was decent and the cheese foam was a good texture but very sweet. The shop is pretty well decorated but u had to wait for literally forever to order and I was first in line. Basically the people didn’t come out from the back for at least 15 minutes to take orders.

Nice variety of drinks most tastes great no weird flavors. We always come here the lady at the counter is super nice and hardworking thank you Chouy for making awesome drinks.

I love the drinks! Especially the house made flan I wish it was open when it says I come at 12 sometimes 1 & its never open
