Beaumont Lawn Mower

Just took 2 gardening tools to be sharpened. I was told the total would be $8. When I received my text stating they were ready, it showed $16! I picked them up and questioned why the price had doubled. The female clerk told me that it was $8/each. I stated that wasn’t what you quoted me, but paid anyway. Went a few blocks down the street to Daniels lawnmower repair, and asked how much they charged to sharpen these tools. Answer: $3.00 each. Went back to Beaumont Lawn Mower to let them know I felt gouged. Then the male appeared and told me that fit the past 20 years they charged $65/hour labor rate. I explained that I was misled as to the cost, and unfortunately used the “f” word. He responded by also using the “f “ word to tell me to get off the property, and came around the corner of the counter as if to physically remove me. I had stated that from here forward I’d be using Daniel’s. He told me to go right ahead and that he didn’t want my business. This was the 3rd time I have used their service, but obviously the last. Now I have seen his response, I'll answer with this: I was NOT yelling (not my nature). Yes I used the "F" word, as did he, and on multiple occasions. Original complaint, once again, was that I was quoted $8.00 for 2 tools to be sharpened. Turned out to be $16. Misleading, deceptive? You bet.a lawnmower place two blocks away said $3.00 each. Who is being gouged? He doesn't want my business? -He'll NEVER get it again. Misquoting, and then berating me because I complained equals the worst in customer service.

I called to see how much they charge to put a new starter cord in my ryobi blower 6-15.00 the guy told me on the phone. I get there the female says oh 15-20. Oh no 20. I then asked what would cause it to almost stall when I point it toward the ground, oh carb it needs a carb adjustment, we'll how much is that, 55. She says, I laugh & said no thank you I can just buy a replacement for 10. On line. She says so u don't want us to start it? Nope just replace the cord.almost a week later I go to pick it up its almost 25.00 & she says we tried & tried to start it it won't start. I'm sure it won't I said paid the $ left came home it started right up. I won't be returning

Great service. Bought my several chainsaw after I took it to other place.and they got it fix something other lawn mower shop couldn’t.
They told me what the issue was exactly. Stihl dealer and certified mechanic so they were able to diagnose it accurately. One of the chainsaw was very very old but was still running good, the guys at the front called stihl on the spot to make sure they still makes the parts before they gave me estimate. And now engine sounds like new.

Really friendly and even tho they fidnt have wat i went looking for they were kool enough to try and help out and gave me there honest answers

Decided to come here after going to near by lawn mower shop. So much better here. Mechanic is certified and knows his stuff.should’ve looked at the reviews here.

Honest and friendly staff. Price is very reasonable as well. This is the go to place when it comes to servicing any lawn mower equipment.

I am a competitive shopper. I also make sure I do my homework to look for trustworthy shop. I am glad I found this shop. This is the only place I would go to if I need to get any of my lawn equipment serviced.

I told them the belt won't stay on I've tried everything.they just put a new belt on and sent me home. Replaced my blades and tried to chardc me wothwit asking.they said the blades we're new.well they weren't.now my tire is flat? It wasbwa like that when I brought it in. Horrible

Took my new Honda mower back to get warranty work done on machine.
They said I had stale gas in it and it was not
covered. Gas was put in and fresh before I had
dropped it off. Had to pay $52 to get my $1,100 mower back

They are SCAM ARTISTS I took my Weedeater there to get fixed. I never received a call saying it was ready for pickup. I called them and they said I left it there to long so they threw it away and there was nothing they can do about it.

Good place to fix the tools, and good and fear prices, kubota in hemet was charging me $450. To fix my commercial lawnmower and they fixed for $120. I recomend this place
