1 Do Not Use Beaumont Realty!
We hired Kristen Barker-Schultz as our property manager in August 2019. Three months into there lease the tenants were short $1,700.00. In February of 2020 we filed for an eviction. We had a court date for March 2020 but was postponed due to Covid-19. We asked her for the credit report to take to court and she informed us SHE NEVER RAN HER OWN CREDIT REPORT. She took there screenshots of a mid 600's score as proof enough but doesn't have those screenshots any more to show us. My husband and I are now NEGATIVE $11,000.00 for her negligence. We understand renting out a home is always a risk but Kristen completely failed us for not running her own credit report to look if there were past evictions and/or liens. Trying to save somebody else from this awful, expensive, and completely avoidable mess!
Do not use Beaumont Realty!
