Beautiful Nail & Spa, Visalia CA

I loved this place. Wendy did my nails and she literally saved them, they were messed up and nothing like I had wanted before because I went to a different salon. Then I came here and honestly I’m so happy with how my nails are, they’re so cute. Wendy was so welcoming and kind, she had a conversation with me instead of awkwardly being there. I’m definitely coming here so much more.

Unprofessional and were visibly talking and laughing at customers getting services done. I use my translator app and verified that they were in fact talking poorly about customers. Cut my visit short and left the salon.

ABSOLUTELY horrible experience. They obviously don't agree with the LGBTQ community. And have no respect for their customers. One man took a look at me and began to talk bad. All the other employees looked right at me and laughed. It was supposed to be a nice birthday gift for my girlfriend. She was so upset by the rudeness that we didn't finish our day. NEVER AGAIN!

I'm sooo happy with my nails! Had a full set acrylic with French tips put on. They are absolutely perfect! I'm not sure his name but he's in booth #8. I definitely recommend him and this salon!

This is by far the worst place we've ever been to. They were so unprofessional. The lady cut me 3 time once on my ankle nowhere near my toes. She took off my acrylic nail and started to paint my nails, I asked her if she was going to put another one on and she just starred at me like I was being inconvenient. I asked for nail art (flowers) she put 3 dots and asked if I liked it. Um no it's not a flower so she gets mad and says she doesn't have time to finish my nails. She was to busy eating cookies while doing my toe nails. My daughter's experience was no better they cut her fingers multiple times. The guy didn't know what he was doing and took a very long time we got there at 5: 15 and they didn't finish her manicure till 8. They were. They were extremely rude and very unpleasant.

I came here and was told to sit at a desk. I waited then finally someone came but a couple walked in and I was told to move desks and the couple began their pedicure while I’m still here waiting.

Good quality, quick to get in and reasonable prices! Will continue coming here in the future. Jenny and Kim are great!

He did my nails really nice but I didn’t really like the service so much because I feel like he was being a little bit rude and he was talking and laughing and everyone was looking at me that worked there

I usually come here because of the great service, but recently I came for a pedicure and I was cut by the girl (it wasn’t the first time I was cut here) I decided to let it slide but then the next day I had a terrible toe infection on both toes and thats usually do to improper sterilization: (huge disappointment won’t be coming back please be careful

"T" did a wonderful job on my nails and he gave me exactly what I wanted!? I absolutely love my ombre nails! The salon is peaceful, clean, and beautiful and I always go there to get my nails done!

Nope nope nope, they tell you 15 min and it ends up being an hour. And will call 3 other people who came after you before calling you. Then you ask them why and don’t even acknowledge you. Smh… horrible service.

Ps i don’t normally send a bad review unless it’s happening more than 3 times.

The prices r getting soo ridiculous i got a french tip for $80, and it’s literally chipping all off.waste of time and money

My pedi was super good!

Kim and Tori gave Carolyn and I the most wonderful pedicures. Massaged and hot towel treatment. It was super delux and very reasonably priced. I got my eyebrows waxed as well.

Love this place! Everyone is so kind and good at their job! Extra credit to Kathy and Lucy. My sister and I have been going to them for pedicures for months and love these ladies!

Update: second time I came here the service was absolutely awful. The nail tech didn’t seem certified or experienced he drilled my nails to the point where they started bleeding and struggled to remove my old set. He was also very rude and pushy with the constant repositioning of my fingers and arms. Never coming back.
First time coming here was hesitant because I’ve had mostly negative experiences at other salons but this one exceeded my expectations. No soreness or bleeding cuts. Also the nail design came out similar to what I wanted.

I went for a soak off because I already had an outgrown set of acrylic on. The guy literally sanded down the acrylic and ripped them off using a fake nail to pry a separation between my acrylic and actual nail. He buffed them when he was done and had me wash my hands. I thought he would add a clear coat of polish because my nails looked dry and crusty but nope, he was waiting for me at the counter so I could pay him. I paid for them but I was terrified the whole time, hoping he wouldn't injure me. I was also given one price over the phone but charged more in person. The language barrier didn't help out either. I'll never trust this establishment to provide me with ANY services ever again.
