Very disappointed in the service. Was not greeted by front desk person, Greselda Z. Did not feel welcomed. I really do regret purchase.

The staff provide you with so much helpful information with any service you decide to do. They also make you feel 100% comfortable in office before any service.

Staff at the SW clinic are amazing! They are welcoming and make you feel comfortable and I love that they are attentive! All the Ladies are very kind. I’ve been to KP twice now and love going to her, she is amazing, caring, listens, and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable, and she does a great job! I’m close to 50 and had very thin lips and wanted fuller more youthful ones but wanted them to still look natural and she got it spot on! I also appreciate the follow calls she makes to see how your doing.

Beautiful place very friendly staff I see Brandy and I have got hair removal on my face and neck and it has changed my life, tattoo removal not done yet but it working little pain no burn marks I'm on my second session. Varicose vein removal the big ones with injections and small with laser the pain for the big veins it's like someone hitting you with the rubberband not too hard you can tolerate it and for the small beans are there not popping out of your skin there is no really no pain at all. I get Botox twice a year.

I don't enough words to say about Dr. M Shah. I had a consult at the offices on Commerce Dr for "messed up" filler and botox on my face. The consult was wonderful and all my fears and anxiety were dispelled. Next was the appointment with Dr. Shah at the Southwest Medspa. He patiently heard my story, and then proceeded to reassure me about the process. What can I say. He walked me through the process as he was injecting the filler and viola! I now have definition in my cheeks, the nasolabial folds are dissipated, and the marionette lines are all but gone! I left feeling like a million bucks. Followed all the instructions, and although I had a sleepless and restless night due to elevating my head on pillows to quite a degree, nevertheless, I woke this morning feeling great. I have regained my self-esteem, and am walking on clouds.
Dr. Shah and his staff have the best professional manners with their patients, and I will be returning for a follow up in a couple of weeks.

Literally every employee is so kind and welcoming - I drive a really, really, REALLY long distance just to go there! Once you find medical professionals in this industry that are kind, empathetic, and TALENTED beyond belief you don't let them go.

Beautologie has locations all around Southern California, but I've been to their Southwest Medspa for Coolsculpting (session 4 coming next month) on my chin, lip injections with Restylane Defyne (3 syringes over 5 months) and Dysport (just like Botox but better IMO) in my forehead, crowsfeet, jaw muscles (this is a must-try for those with TMJ or jaw clenchers!) and I plan on getting a tummy tuck in the future with Dr. Shah. I recommend following them on instagram (@beautologie) so you can see videos of procedures, before and afters, and the cute memes their lovely social media director Jamie posts!

I always felt beautiful, even in my "befores", but the team at Beautologie analyzed my face and determined what tweaks would make me feel like a complete bombshell!

I had trough fillers done and on my touch up I had swelling (my own body reacting to second treatment). I really thought I had lost the results I walked in with. I was so upset because it was noticeable. The ladies at the Ming office were so helpful. They made me an emergency appointment and KP (my artist and RN with a cape) reassured me it was swelling. I am so glad that they made me feel ok about not being ok. They reassured me that they were with me if anything went wrong with my desired results. I can’t explain how embarrassed I was after the swelling came down and my results were stunning again. I truly am glad at going with such a professional and caring staff. Dr. Shah would be so proud of how the ladies took care of me. I will continue going back. Excellent care, even when I was being nervous and a little annoying. Thank you for putting my nerves at ease!

Absolutely love beautology! I’ve been to Brandy twice now, once for botox I’m my crow’s feet and once for lip fillers. It was my first time for both and brandy made me feel so incredibly comfortable, she knew exactly what I needed and how neurotic I was about it looking natural, especially for my lip fillers.and she nailed it both times. I drive 2 hours to see her and will continue to do so, can’t recommend enough!

I started going to Beautologie in my late 20s to take care of facial hair. My facial hair always grew in so thick and it was painful to shave. With a lot of heart problems and more it was easier to get it treated. I cannot afford to do the additional 6 treatments that were recommended to me. I'm saving up for life with a heart transplant, I don't know when it will happen.

However, I am happy with the results from my first 5 treatments. It doesn't hurt to shave anymore.
