Nicole makes you feel comfortable the second you walk in. I’ve gone to her twice and she does a great Brazilian! She makes sure to be thorough and detailed in getting it perfect! So important. Also key is her distracting you with small talk to not think about the pain. I will be requesting her next time!

Beauty Box is one of my favorite beauty places. Kaya, the owner, is the sweetest, kindest, so honest, talented, and just so beautiful inside and out. The way she talks to all her clients is so sweet. She refers to everyone by calling them love, darling, and gorgeous she is so kind-hearted and genuine. I can't think of many places that greet you with such kind words, and she knows her clients' names, too, even though she is busy and sees many people. My eyebrows are always on point, the best threader ever, and my lash lift lasts over a month and is absolutely a perfect curl. I've seen her do brazilian blowouts, and wow, amazing never ever have I seen such talent. I drive from Orcutt to Slo twice a month for my brows and a lash lift. I believe it was Kaya who did my Eyebrows and Eyelashes! I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and my eyelashes lifted. All of it turned out amazing. The second you walk through the doors you feel welcomed and she was super gentle and asked if I was comfortable through the whole process.

Getting a wax is a very vulnerable thing to do, and no matter how I feel about myself going in, I leave feeling good. And I don't know how Kaya does it, but she remembers everybody and makes people feel welcomed and safe in addition to beautiful.

Kaya is the best by far and will give you in detail why and what she is doing to your brows. They have amazing deals and bundles where you can buy a pack. I love the girls that work for her also! Such a great atmosphere and place to go to after 4 years (:
