Couldn’t return back babylissPro flat iron because they told me it was used and they couldn’t sell it to next customer. Awful experience.

I had the worst experience there because of the manager Daizy, she is so disrespectful, i would never go there again.i dont know how you see yourself “ Daizy” however you are only a manger, and need to act like your position. Unfortunately you act so unprofessional

I have been a customer for 30 years and last week l bought a lipstic which was impossible to use as it was bitter as poison. When took it back the next day a very rude manager named Daisy explained she could not only refund but a cheap lipstic was not something to be argued for! I have never experienced such badly managed situation, she is rude and dismissive I truly feel sorry for Edik the owner.

Congratulations for selling faulty products and refusing any kind of refund or accountability. Bought Bohyme wefts TWICE from them only to get horrible Barbie hair that tangle and shed minute you install them. Don’t go there for hair, simply put, gross waste of money and despicable quality of hair.

I go shopping here all the time. Fiona helped me today and she was very helpful and kind. I have never seen her there before, but she went out of her to get me what I needed. Definitely enjoyed my experience!

I bought a brow dryer from them and when I asked them if it was the original, they lied to me and said yes. When I brought it home and compare it with my old dryer it was totally different and didn’t have instant Cold Shot Button which was impossible for that strong dryer. Shame on them for making money in that way

There were unsatisfied customers talking to the manager about an issue but the manager was yelling at them instead if resolving the issue. I think the way he acted was very rude and unprofessional and I wouldn't like that to happen to me!

Rude service, products are much more expensive here than they actually are. They sold us used extensions and we brought it to their attention and they literally told us to leave and not come back! Well you just lost 20 regular customers since I told everyone I know who goes there about this. Have a nice day:)

Terrible customer service, they do not back their own products they sell. I f you wanna be treated like garbage this is the place to go.

Horrible customer service, everyone at the store is rude and treat their customers very poorly.

Cons: Products are pricier here. Once you like a product, you won't find it in this store again, that product is no longer carried here. This applies to a range of hair styling products and shampoos. Pros: Quick help is available by the Sales team on the floor. Good range of hair styling tools e.g. Hair dryers.
