NO STARS! I told them I wanted i blonde highlights (my hair is burgundy) and I've gotten them multiple times before, they literally wouldn't do them! They brushed my hair into a giant frizz ball and then made me leave.
Judy took care of me. She was friendly but efficient. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. And the haircut was very reasonable. Best haircut experience I had for a long time.
This place feels like home. The cuts are very cheap and they cut like professionals! It's better than a salon that charges 25 dollars!
