Worst customer service I've encountered! So terrible that I decided not to proceed with being seen here just from the distaste and run around the registration department had me go through. When scheduling an appointment two months ago, I confirmed they accepted my insurance, only to be told TWO days before my appointment that I would need a referral in order to be seen. I understand the service I was seeking is a specialty and had I known prior I would not have made the appointment. Rather than loose out on the appointment, I clarified my unique insurance is an open network that does not require pre authorization nor referrals. The lady from the registration department rudely told me it was my responsibility to clear it with my insurance when I told her they would tell her the same thing I was stating. Then after having a representative from my insurance speak to someone in the scheduling department, the employee said she made note of if and I should be able to be seen. Not one hour later, I get a call from Optum informing me they had made a mistake and a referral was never needed in the first place. Please train your employees thoroughly to prevent further confusion and wasted time!

This place is awful. Came in with depression and anxiety and also had back problems. They told me they couldn’t do anything for the anxiety and depression. Completely ignored my back problem. Would have been better off if I just offed myself. Worse experience ever.

Nurses are rude and I don’t understand why it takes weeks for medical records to simply write my medical causes to my work, ridiculous when I arrive they just sit there. This place will be the first to blame if I loose my job.

The clinic and staff are great! It’s Optim cyst account that SUX big time. Lied to me twice in billing dept.

I am thankful for the doctors and staff here. I’m so glad I can go locally have be seen by such kind professionals. The location means a lot to me too.

I see why this office has such a low rating. Last minute appointment cancellations when you’ve been waiting months for an appointment is just cruel.

Run away! The absolute worst medical provider I have ever had. My primary Doctor left in August 2022. It's now April 2023, and I have not been able to see a primary doctor for referrals and treatment. Since August, I have made new appointments with primary doctors. After waiting months for the appointments, all four were canceled that same morning. I have several medical conditions and require medications. Everything is a fight. Save yourself months of grief and aggravation and find a new medical provider.

I have a scheduled appointment in family medicine but when I arrived at the Registration desk, no body was there and ask at the appointment desk, they said that someone is supposed to be there at all times. They shouldn't be at lunch at the same time. Several pts were in line to check in. Very bad service.

This place is terrible. I'll ever use them again. Not only do they give mediocre, at best, care, but they also take unnecessarily long to do admin tasks. 10 days to file a single form. If I could give zero stars I would. They don't care about their patients as is evidenced by their lack of care and time wasting.

They deserve ZERO stars. Worst medical group ever. I have been a patient in Banning for 4 years. I moved and couldn't get an appt in Redlands for months. Then they finally scheduled an appt for 4 months out. They refuse to let me have my lab work done until I saw the Dr. My labs haven't been done 2 years & they have all my medical records. They called and canceled the appt I have waited on for 4 months because the Dr decided to sit at home that day & do video chats after saying I could not have labs done until I saw her in person. These people do not care anything about peoples' health. Go somewhere else. Money is all these people care about.

I tried to make an appointment with a doctor in January and Beaver couldn’t get me in until May. I just switched to Loma Linda Medical.

So the obgyn department schedules my appointment for February 9th a month ago and I get a call today saying oh the doctor doesn’t do Thursdays anymore so we have to reschedule you two months later for a depo shot. What a joke
