Beaver Medical Group - Highland Office & Urgent Care

I’ve been seeing Dr Lee for a little over a year. A few weeks before COVID hit (March) I started having really bad flare up. It’s now August and I cannot see my specialist, I was offered a virtual appointment 6 weeks out so I took the day off but it was blown off. This office sucks, they won’t take you seriously nor listen to what’s going on.

This place will turn you away and tell you to go to the ER instead of helping to diagnose what is wrong.

A lot of people on here are complaining about wait time/bad attitudes from staff. Here’s where I rate five stars. A knowledgeable staff, trained and educated to do their jobs. Ordering the proper tests as needed and not quick to shove medication into a patient before knowing exactly what is needed if anything. I would rather have a educated doctor/nurse who is going to do the right thing in a need of urgency then to have the best bedside manner and not thorough. I agree you can have both and when a patient is urgent they require a positive attitude from staff but again being thorough and precise is what I want from my medical staff. This place is the most worse place to get treatment in time.they are so unprofessional, and the doctor always did not show up, nurses runs the clinic, they always postpond their scheduled appointment.they did not want to give important shots to my 8months baby.for her shot they changed her appoinment 3 times, and the expected day they did not give shot to my baby.please do not go there to get treatment.

Well as long as i've been a member of Beaver Medical Group. Since the year 2007 and my doct i had no problem i have had gre3 service all the nurses are knowledge of all my illnesses thank you all mighty for sending meto them or. Dr

This place is the worst I don’t know why I even try going here over and over again after I get no where! This place is a joke, unprofessional and impatient also no knowledge workers! F this place! Don’t waste your time here folks.

The waiting time at this Urgent Care is ridiculous! Make an appt.with your primary if you could instead or expect to wait for hours. You will
wait and wait and wait.

My wife worked at Loma Linda University for 25 years. I had risk management. I could go to all the doctors in Loma Linda and around. I would sometimes weight as much as 2 hours. My health care was excellent. With that said. Now I have a different insurance sense we are long retired. I had Beaver Medical insurance years ago and like it. I knew my doctor for years before I went. Now I am back and Beaver Medical and I love it. It is closer to me in Redlands. I chose a Doctor at the Highland branch. The parking was a problem at Redlands which has long been solved. The Lab in Highland is faster and not as crowded. I have been sick all my life with more things than you can shake a stick at. I love the Urgent care. If you know the times when few people will be there it is even better. They have a lot of in house testing and I have never had to weight more than 10 minuets for any of them. I have had some longs stays in the hospital. 9 just in the last 20 years. They use Redlands Community hospital and the emergency room is the pits but they building and going to change it. I do get excellent care at Redlands hospital and the weighting time is much shorter than Loma Linda or Arrowhead. I read reviews by people that don't know English grammar and they crack me up. Some you can't believe No mater what location the staff are efficient, polite and fun to joke with. Glad I have Beaver Medical in my old age. The care is excellent all the way around. If you aren't cured you ain;t got what ails ya. LOL I live there. Be well.

Many thanks to Doctor Jacobs and the Audiology Department at the Highlands location. After having a thorough hearing exam and diagnosis, I now have new hearing aids and I can take part in conversations comfortably and without having things repeated. Great job everyone.

I was sent to urgent care for a medical note because I was on a time frame. And was gave no treatment other than told to find a Dr. Somewhere else.

Biggest waste of time and money.everytime i go there, my kids could have full blown pneumonia and they will send them home with nothing. NOTHING.

If i were dying, this would be the LAST place id go.

Last time I went to urgent care about for severe diarrhoea and vomiting I was lectured
That urgent care was not intended for such matters. And left without any treatment. As soon as our regular care physician retired (end of that year) we found another treatment center.

They give you and appointment time and they call you 40 minutes after the fact! This is the 4th time I come in and its the same ridiculous routine, but theyre quick on collecting my co pay. The Dr. Spent literally 8 minutes with me and off I go with no answers to my issue. This is the most unproffesional office and nurse staff Ive ever encountered. (Dr Singhs staff by the way.)

I made a mistake and wrote the wrong date on my calendar for my GI exam at the Boulder Clinic.
So I showed up exactly a week early, having done the "prep" the day before, if you get what I mean...
You guys saved me, fit me into an already busy schedule, and I am very thankful!

The medical group was very professional, efficient, and effective. Very reassuring to be treated when away from home. I would return to this treatment facility. Thank you.

I am sorry to hear such bad experiences, I love this place I had a high risk pregnancy and they went above and beyond everyone was very helpful and treated me with respect.

This place is horrible. Has gone down hill in the last 3 years. Waiting 3+ hours for them to see my son. Luckily my wife is here to stop me from pulling the doors off this place in order to make a point.

Horrible place to go to waited 2 hours for nothing seemed like they didn't even want to help. You guys should also start saying the last names of the patients so multiple people don't get up with the same name

Friendly staff! Impresive front office. Very profesional and doctors and nurses very kind. Im glad that i choose to come here! I felt better aftet shot and meds given to me. Excellent job.

A lot of people on here are complaining about the wait times and I have also waited awhile before here, but I learned that you have to go in early. If you go in early, even on a weekend, you can be in and out in an hour. The staff and doctors are always helpful. Sometimes the doctors only see you for 20 minutes if that, but hey they get the job done in a timely fashion, so not complaints here!
