I normally have to wait 15 minutes are so before I get in the chair. And I'm normally on my lunch break. The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5.

Tina is not nice and very rude to customers I left bed she didn’t greet me she ask what do you want when I walked in. I said what do I want? Apparently not this place

So I had a hair appointment today and had some extra time to spare. My normal nail spa in concord is closed on Monday and I'm going on a trip in 2 days and today was off work so yea, maximizing my time. Anyhow asked my cousin/braided where is a good spot for nails and she recommended this place. The reviews looked great as well. I knocked on locked front door. Doorbell not working and waited. Finally knocked for Tina to come to the door. No warm greeting more like what do you want. I stated I had just called for a eyebrow wax and pedi. Insaw they only took cash and asked if they had a ATM. NO So HAD TO WALK TO ATM ON CORNER. Came back in and was told sit there points and walks off. Luckily I saw the blue cover and only 1 other client. Then she says go eyebrow 1dt ok. Sit in chair lean back and politely ask for her not to overbond with was. She says I know what I'm doing. I said I've had bad experience and was only informing her of my skin. I'm soo mad xant even finish review cause this other one just cut me twice and im.bleeding NEVER EVER AGAIN AND HIghly don't recommend this business I also asked if
Tina the owner and my bail tech said yes Tina said something in there language and nail tech then stated oh she's just the manager. Gtfoh reslly. Horrible experience.

A lovely neighborhood spot managed by Tina, a highly organized and skilled nail tech herself. She is diligent about her schedule and treats her regulars like royalty. I would recommend making sure to direct her with detail, if you're that kind of person that pays close attention. She can become distracted but that's because of her busy shop. My only complaint would be that I'd love new colors, or a more vast collection, but that's because I've been going for so long! Thanks, Tina!

I was referred here and I did like my nails but my second time when it was time to paint I saw roaches coming out all over the furniture, not washing utensils after each person. Also I got a n fungus nail infection when I removed my nails.
