Julie was super helpful and gave us the inside scoop on things. It was great the have the mattresses in a box to try out too! We're excited to get our DreamCloud Mattress!

We went into the store ten minutes before 6: 00PM, looking for a dresser with picky, specific measurements. Even though the employees were readying the store for the close of day, Julie made contact and let us know she could help us if we found anything of interest. They had a lot of wonderful 100% wooden items and we found the perfect dresser! With flawless customer service and without a hint of rushing us, Julie helped us complete our purchase and we made plans with her to pick up the piece the next morning at 10: 30. She told us exactly where to park and that a fellow would be there to load. We arrived on time the next morning and our dresser was already wrapped for loading, and the guy was there to help us! Julie handed us our receipt, noting a 15% savings as was shown on the price card. We were in and out in less than five minutes. Flawless customer service from the time we entered the store through to when we were loaded up and leaving the lot. Thank you Julie and Furniture Gallery—Bedroom Express in San Bruno! I'm going to give bedroom Express 4 stars. Went in to look for a living room set. The people working were not pushy but they did take the time to help me out when i had questions.

As always, another wonderful experience at Bedroom Express. Not only is the quality of their Furniture exceptional, the service and pricing cannot be beat bar none.

Great Customer Service!
I walked in to the store to look for the bed frame and box spring with a special need, they helped me find the one I need and also provided some alternatives. The store manager was super friendly and patiently explained their products in great details. They were also able to schedule the delivery the same day which is very convenient.
The delivery service guys were also super awesome, they called 30 mins before arriving and also came on time. They carefully moved the items and helped with the installation.
Highly recommended!

We are very happy with our new couch! Ira helped us put together a custom sectional sofa. We came in and picked out the fabric, and then we could mix and match different arms, cushions, layout, etc.from all the different styles they offered. We gave him the dimensions we wanted, and then he sent it off the Bob the Sofa Builder to be made locally, in the Bay Area.
Quality materials, excellent workmanship, the price was reasonable, it fit our specs exactly, and the couch is very comfy! Ira was friendly, pleasant and helpful, and the delivery guys were polite and careful.

Bedroom Express SSF. I purchased 2 dining chairs from this location with a friendly Salesman Ira. I was told my chairs would be at their location in 2 days. Unfortunately they were not. Long story short it took over a week but I was kept informed by Julie & Ira. Due to the inconvenience when they were not delivered that when they were they built them for me & all I had to do was pick them up which was nice of them since I didn’t op for delivery & set up. I’m pleased with my purchase as well as their customer service!

Wonderful experience! Worked with Julie to choose the right cabinet for my living room. She was knowledgeable and very professional. It was hard because we did everything through pictures and emails because we want to stay safe in the pandemic. The cabinet is exactly what I wanted.
