Average selection, spent 5 hours via 2 visits and was never approached by staff. A ton of samples were missing from shelves. Owner has lost quality control of store. Waited in line to see a consultant (10-20 min.) once being help consultant seemed burnt out as I had to repeat myself 4 times. She didn’t grasp my plural item update quote request since she updated 1 item and printed out a “revised” quote. A supervisor helped the consultant at her request and then asked me questions I had already repeated 4 times to the consultant. I felt really sorry for Laura (consultant) I think she may have a mental disability. It was a big waste of my effort and time to get an updated quote.

1st of all the price the convenience and the selection. The quality of the tile is enormous.
I like the atmosphere and the Customer service.

We just had the worst customer experience! This was our third time using Bedrosians (very pleased before with Laura) and will not be going back! We had a special order was told it will take 7-10 days. Tried calling and no one answers the phone! My husband went in person.twice! The sales rep was rude and said you should have called to get status.really you never answered the phone. Then during that visit, he was told we picked up the tile, oh wait we don’t have it anymore, oh wait we have some and we will have here in a week.welp. 10 days later and you still never answered the phone so we could see if our tile had arrived.we finally received our order and it was WRONG! Had to drive back to Anaheim (from RSM) to get a refund—-4 extra trips since you never answer the phone! Then during the return they told us we shorted them 1 tile! Really! There’s a lot of competition out there. Won’t be using them for our 1400sq ft tile job! Buyer beware!

Great prices and selection. They have friendly staff that patiently helped us find what we were looking for.

Picked a tile at 5: 10. Went to purchase for "black friday weekend special " was told, "sale is over as it was a few minutes passed 5: 00". Poor customer service.

Excellent materials and very good pricing.
Most all items in the showroom is in stock.
One if the only suppliers open Sunday.

Great place to get tile good variety and if you go into the warehouse they have good discounts on older tile

Very Happy - The sale items at the Anaheim showroom are very nice and you can often find what you need at an awesome price. Just make sure you buy enough. Seconds can work great, but you need more overage. Had multiple times where we ran out before the job was done, and there were no seconds left, had to buy first quality to finish the job.

I liked this place they had some very nice choses. A little pricey. They are shorthanded of help. So be patient and look around.

BUYERS BEWARE.before you follow your tile setters advice on buying extra tile from Bedrosians, be advised you won’t be able to return the extra. Advise to buy only what you need or better yet, spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else. After buying from this company at several locations for the last five years, both tile and granite, I will not give them one more dollar. Lesson learned. I been working with bedrosian materials for quite long over 10 years, lately got so much problems with the tiles (porcelain tile said made in USA.any how from sizes, finish corner.and importantly the tiles so easy to break in half after my holes cutting.it's got me in so much problem for my project not to mention time delay and spending over for tools.

Prices are competitive, quality is better than average, selection is good. Sales staff is mostly good. Wait time to have your material loaded can vary, it depends on how many people are in front of you. I usually get mine in 30 minutes, but leave extra time. Some complain about broken material. With natural Stone, this is the norm. In each box or bundle, expect a little flawed material. This is OK, because their price is still good for what you get and you don't have to worry that people picked out the choice pieces. It is fair, you simply need to budget extra on natural Stone jobs.

Outstanding tile store. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful, the layout is excellent, and there's a large clearance room in the back! The prices are very affordable also. If you're having trouble picking out tile, print up a picture of something you like and go to this location and ask for help. It worked great for me!

A tile store for which the signal (styles of desire) of noise (styles one wouldn't consider) is higher than most. Numerous examples of how a bathroom mock ups for one to evaluate. Service is less "personal" than some other stores, but if your goal is to find a tile/marble option at a competitive price, this store is worth a visit.

Go in their warehouse if you have a chance. Their workers don't care about the tile if it's broken or not, and the representatives are shiesty people.

We were greeted right when we walked in the store. We had one of the sales associates come up to us and ask if we needed help (Amanda). She was very very helpful. Great experience. We would definitely shop there again.

I rated a 4 based on the quality of the product and the price. I have to say that the customer service was horrible. We stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before we called someone over to help. The reps were all sitting in their chairs chatting with each other and just ignored us. When he came over he acted like we were bothering them. Laura was very helpful.

I've spent a pretty penny here. Have dealt with multiple associates. Some are a little full of themselves or to busy to care it seems, but I've received excellent service from Ryan Melchor. Otherwise this would have been a 2.
