6I called Bee's Lighting to help me find the right driver's for some high bay LED lights that went over a couple years ago. They did the numbers for me based off the old driver specs and were able to supply me with the correct driver's. I wired them in and everything worked out well. Fast shipping and good quality. I highly recommend Bee's Lighting for anyone trying to fix LED lights.
Terrible shipping, was promised 5 days and then low and behold it was backed up 30 days. Called and talked to CSR and they have no supervisor on duty and was able only tell me that the new timeframe is correct and either take it or leave it.
They take your order as if the item is in stock and then it sits there for a week pending fulfillment. Have to reach out to company to find out why and then they push back delivery date two months.
Submitted an order online. A few days pass with no update on shipping or any tracking info. Emailed CSR with no initial response. Had to actually call a few days later to get a response finally. Was advised that one part was missing from order. Requested other parts be shipped now and missing part shipped later according to their own shipping policy. Told by CSR this could only be done by sending a follow up email albeit that went unanswered in the first place. Explained my previous attempt to communicated via email but CSR advised this was the only option. Once order is received, I will never order from them again. Would give zero starts if could!
This place is a joke! Not a good source for lighting and will never place an order here again. Placed an order and paid the 2 day shipping and a month later I’m yet to see my light come in. Everyone I’ve contacted keeps giving me a different ETA and not one person can provide me a tracking number.
I needed a single obscure diffuser lens assembly to replace on that broke, and found it on Bees Lighting website. When I called to make sure it was in stock, they explained they would need to order it from the manufacturer, then ship it to me. So I expected a long lead time understanding it is not the kind of thing a distributor would keep in stock.
They came through and delivered it 20 days after the order. Totally reasonable timing to get from the manufacturer to CA, then to Oklahoma.
