I expected live bee removal. This person poisoned the bees and, since he didn’t remove the hive, the bees kept coming back to the old hive. My problems became worse because I had to hire a different bee service to remove and treat the area. USA Live Bee Removal did not kill the bees, but removed them and made sure they would not come back by removing the hive, treating the area, and sealing up entry spots. Because BeeSmart previously poisoned the bees, all the honey had to be thrown away. Do not use Bee Smart as what they do is WRONG!

All I simply did was try to call and ask about some local bees that are on city property and asked if he knew the number for the city or anything because of dealing with bees himself but instead of being polite, he was very extremely rude on how he told me to go and Google it the city I’m living I wouldn’t come back to this place even if I had infestation of cockroaches now because of the way he was disrespectful, and rude.

Called the afternoon of Monday and arrived the following day which was very quick service! Had a hive of bees who had moved on when they arrived but they still toured my property to make sure that the hive had fully passed. Great customer service and would recommend to those who need a quick removal.

Never showed up and when I called to find out what was going on, didn't even remember scheduling me. When they finally did remember they said they would be out in a couple of hours and still didn't show.

I had a hive of bees in my backyard deck, living there for 8 months or more. I got along fine with them and came to think of them as my wild pets.
Once I put my house up for sale though, I realized that nobody else feels about bees the way I do, so my Realtor paid BeeSmart Bee Removal to remove my bees carefully, and put them in a hive prepared just for them. BeeSmart did a wonderful job, and it all happened so quietly. The event took place during the night, while all the bees are in the hive for the night. My bedroom is next to the deck and I was able to fall asleep while he was working. I woke up a couple of times and the bee extraction was going on still in perfect silence. It felt so peaceful inside my house the entire time, as if God himself had come to preside over the event. After all, we were actually saving hundreds of bees from extinction. Robert came out same day because he was in Oceanside doing a job. Had a colony swarm my front yard and take up residence in my rose bushes. Robert got the whole colony, about 5,000 bees, and didn’t damage any of my rose bush. Quick service, he was done in about 1.5 hours or so. Definitely recommend him!
