USPS lost a package but kept the Shipping Tracking open without any updates for 8 days. Contacted Caedon (Tech Lead) to ask if I needed to follow up with USPS or if they had any procedures in house to drill USPS for a search. Before I knew it, they had already shipped out another package!

Brought my Macbook in and in 5 minutes I was out with a fixed computer. These guys are FAST, why bother waiting in line or getting appointments somewhere only to give up your machine and pay crazy amounts. These guys are just as good and will help if you wanna repair it yourself too.will be back!

My old MacBook Pro battery blew up, destroying the bottom casing and keyboard. I did not want to waste two days trekking to the Apple Store in Roseville, plus I prefer to patronize local businesses whenever I can. However, my experience with local biz over the years has been disappointing, especially with the "mom and pop" retailers. But this time. WOW! What a great team.prompt, thorough communication and follow up. Great customer service for their online store. I don't post reviews often, but I has such a positive experience with making an exchange (shoutout to Dallas!) that it was worth sharing. I mistakenly ordered a high cost part for the wrong model macbook pro, but Beetstech made the exchange so smooth and easy. They refunded me the price difference for the correct part, gave me a prepaid return shipping label, and shipped the correct part to me very quickly! Beetstech is now my go to for all things Mac!
