Bel Air reviews
22Florist review: spent $150 on an arrangement for mother's day on Sunday. Picked them up Saturday (the day before). I bought them thinking they would last a few days but they were wilted by Monday and completely dead by today (Tuesday) pretty disappointed. I mean I know they don't last forever but at least a few more days would have been nice. They looked great Saturday though
Operator 506644 was great. Like the old days, courteous, fast, accurate, and friendly. Good hire, Bel Air! 5.3.21 @ 17: 09.
Good place for a quick grocery stop. The staff is really nice. I also love the florist here the can make any flower arrangements you can think of and they also have a good selection of greeting cards and gift ideas.
I grew up across the street from the store, there's a sense of nostalgia being here. I like the feel, the Attitude of the people in the area
Always great service here! But today Liliana and Lisajo went above and beyond. I had lost my phone and I was in a panic. Lisajo stepped right in and started calling my phone number and helping me in every way that she could. Then Liliana came around and she walked the whole store with me and even let me use her phone to use the find my iPhone app. Then she went out to my car to help me search my car, and thank goodness we found it. These two ladies are fabulous and make me want to continue doing business there! Thank you ladies!
I've had some really great customer service here.:) Thank you! Especially when I took my toddler nephew there a few times they are so great. One worker voluntarily give him a balloon, it was sweet. I enjoy the something extra benefits since I live nearby and shop here anyway.
Always get the quality service here from staff, no matter which department I stop by. Be it for my cold coffee at Peet's, or when I'm ordering a lunch sandwich from the deli department. Everyone is always willing to help in any way they can.
Great place to shop if you use the something extra rewards program! I saved $3 yesterday on my bill! Got ice cream, pizza, yogurt, pasta sauce, Gatorade, and Propel for less than $18!
Clean. At night the homeless come out and hangout in front. Most if not all of them, don't bother.
I bought a cantaloupe here, it tasted like it was soaked in bleach. Various things happen - I often wind up having to throw purchases away. I bought flowers, to find the heads weren't attached to the stem! Parking lot lizards- last time, some guy was screaming about how much he loved "a certain sexual act".
They say a picture of an i.d. Isnt good for alcohol, but its good for Uber and Lyft. Priorities.
Very nice store everything kept in refrigerators or freezers behind yours except for the produce that's just laid out wonderful store very high maintenance though
They did'nt sell cig.and the food is expensive. Otherwise, its the classy and free from wally shoppers.
Been Shopping here at this location for 12 years. Huge turnover in baggers, and Management. Meat Dept guy and Bakery Manager are rude at times. Store is clean, Customer Service on Point. After 12 yrs inly 2 or 3 are friendly after all the years I've shopped there Food Maxx is less expensive and 10 blocks away. Go to Believe Air for quality meats and produce$$$$ store Food Maxx $ Bel Air Nice location. Near 2 banks 4 eateries and a dry cleaner.
I always love coming here. The meat and produce are fresh and flavorful, worth the extra dollar you spend than at discount grocers.
Good selection, helpful staff. Be prepared to pay for bags at checkout if you didn't bring your own.
This grocery store is so difficult to get in and out of. They previously had two doors to enter and exit but remodeled their store to provide only one entrance/exit. Most of the parking is on the opposite side of the store (where they took out a door) so everyone trying to enter the store has to cross everyone exiting the store with carts.
My four stars is only because of the parking lot. At times it feels very unsafe, due to the drivers going to fast in front of the stores in the shopping center. Over all the store is good for what l need, I prefer their produce over Food Maxx down the street.
The selection is impressive! Especially in the produce section. Lots of unexpected variety. They also credit the farms with pictures and captions to let you know where the food is from.
Clean inside too. The area might be a little on the seedy side at times but this store is just fine.
Pretty nice store with good customer service. Still prefer the Raley's on Truxel and the Bel Air on Arena.
